The delivery crew refused to take our…

The delivery crew refused to take our mattress up to our designated bedroom even though we paid for premium delivery service.

We contacted the seller (MattressOnline) who apologised and refunded our premium delivery charge. As for AIT home delivery, shame on you taking advantage of a helpless lady.

I bought a Cabin bag from them, delivery was fast but the packaging EXTREMELY poor, the Bag itself was scratched all over - and I suspect this was a customer return - sold to us as brand New.

Customer service is non existent - don't even try

Ordered a Yale Smart Keypad 13th March…

Ordered a Yale Smart Keypad 13th March using PayPal - until 19th March I did not receive it, so I called customer support, spent 15min waiting for an answer and the response was (Money Not received!!) even though My Amex card was charged. I raised the case with PayPal and received my refund after investigation, but I won’t be using Yale again

Unfortunately I had nothing but…

Unfortunately I had nothing but heartache from Verisure. They installed an Alarm to our Church, the installer had to come 4 times and wasted 2 full days to complete the job (Note this is a wireless system). My follow up requests to him after fell on deaf ears and all promises to call back never materialised.

Customer service team was no better, I was tossed us from pillar to post when I ordered and paid for additional Star Fobs.

I asked to speak with someone who can actually help, and was told someone will call....that was that.

I never expected this level of poor cs

I never expected this level of poor service from a company carrying the name BMW in its title. It’s a liability to the BMW brand. BMW make great driving machines but Connected Drive is a huge let down, they simply don’t care. I had a very simple query regarding the activation of drive recorder on my new 8 series GC and 4 weeks later they just fob me off.

In the past I avoided Mercedes because I got used to idrive, but now with their excellent new MBUX infotainment system combined with BMW’s connected drive non existent CS there is no competition.

Good Website & Prices - Bad Customer Service and deliveries

Reasonable prices & nice website, shame about deliveries and customer service though. Item did not arrive 5 working days after we ordered. When we called we were immediately told (w/o us even providing an order number) it has been lost in ransit (I guess they knew from our phone number?!). If they knew it was lost, why not email or call the customer!!

We asked for a refund. Will revise our review after we receive a refund....

That is a problem with using Hermese - one of the worst couriers we dealt with from past experience.

It’s an ok company if you don’t want to…

It’s an ok company if you don’t want to do the legwork of selling it privately or a franchised dealer. Otherwise it’s a poor value. No matter what, Don’t under any circumstances pay their extra £30 fee for immediate payment, it’s a scam and the funds will never clear your account in anytime less than 24hrs anyway.
It did not with me nor with my cousin.

We're not aware of any issues with our Premier Payment service. We offer a next working day payment for £24.75 and to selected customers, a same day payment for £29.75. If in the unlikely event your payment is not received in these timescales, we will of course refund you. In addition, we would email you to make you aware if there is any delay with your payment, the reasons for this and the next steps to take to get this rectified. We do apologise, however, if you did experience any delays.

Refunds now are not processed to your…

Refunds now are not processed to your original card of payment. All refunds go to the Curve card itself as Credit! So if you get a refund on a payment you made, you still have to pay your credit card Bill, and to make things worse
1- You Cannot withdraw this Cash
2- You Cannot Pay your Credit Card Bill with the Curve Cash balance
3- You Cannot transfer this Balance to your bank account
4-Curve have been promising to enable the transfer from Curve Cash to other cards for months now!

You are now effectively a Curve card prisoner

This change was made from direct feedback that our refund process was taking too long. By refunding to your Curve Cash card, the amount becomes available to spend immediately, rather than waiting 3-5 days.

Please note that, depending on your bank, you can pay your credit card bill or top up a prepaid bank account using your Curve Cash. Our team are also working on a transfer feature that will allow you to move Curve Cash to another payment card on your account. This feature should be ready in the next few weeks!

Calls and emails went unanswered

I ordered a Garden statue on June 8th. This should have been delivered within 5-10 days. I waitied until 14th July with No update and no communication. Phones & emails went unanswered.
If it was not for Paypal buyer protection I would be still be £220 short

I would not use or recommend this site.

Should have collected my parcel Monday 22nd, they did not. Then Tuesday 23rd, they did not. Now waiting for Wednesday 24th - my customer is already complaining and said they will leave me a bad review - so here you go. It is my fault ofcourse going back to Hermes after they let me down last week
