Ordered a Yale Smart Keypad 13th March…

Ordered a Yale Smart Keypad 13th March using PayPal - until 19th March I did not receive it, so I called customer support, spent 15min waiting for an answer and the response was (Money Not received!!) even though My Amex card was charged. I raised the case with PayPal and received my refund after investigation, but I won’t be using Yale again
