Very Poor service departments

Although we previously had a negative experience with the service department at Norton Way GWR Kia, our most recent visit was notably positive. We understand that, at times, things can go wrong, and we appreciate the effort made to provide a much-improved service this time. As such, we have updated our earlier review to reflect the more recent, positive experience.
