Unfortunately I had nothing but…

Unfortunately I had nothing but heartache from Verisure. They installed an Alarm to our Church, the installer had to come 4 times and wasted 2 full days to complete the job (Note this is a wireless system). My follow up requests to him after fell on deaf ears and all promises to call back never materialised.

Customer service team was no better, I was tossed us from pillar to post when I ordered and paid for additional Star Fobs.

I asked to speak with someone who can actually help, and was told someone will call....that was that.
