If you've logged a complaint with us, our complaints team work to an FCA regulated timeframe of a maximum of 8 weeks but do always aim to respond sooner, they'll be in touch with a resolution as soon as they can. We can request call backs from managers for you but as our managers are very busy and dealing with lots of requests it can take up to 5 days for this to be actioned, we're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Wichelstow Food was at best lukewarm warm limp warm half cooked chips ..cold filling in the clubhouse sandwich.stale bread Unfortunately there are numerous better places to eat ..and warmer ..log burner was not lit properly The staff were friendly Never again eat food cooked by numpties! Shame as my friends first visit now her last
Whatever you do DO NOT buy this brand Its just recycled foam ..absolutely top price for rubbish quality despite being advised its absolutely fantastic quality by Mammoth and sales persons at TRHayes
Cheap wood frame ..plywood like Read Mammoth tolerances before purchase online . As when you find it dips, sags or suffers humps in the centre … once you complain they fall back on tolerance levels and warranty which as we know warranty is not a guarantee
They will NOT budge on accepting that they sell an inferior quality product..at top price ..they make untrue claims ..plus if you do your research you will find many stores refuse to sell Mammoth due to the problematic feedback they receive and the bad name it gives suppliers
Buy if you have money to waste 3K wasted here … Disgraceful customer service plus TR Hayes in Bath are equally stubborn in fighting your corner ..arrange so called special bed persons to visit which at first you have the pleasure if paying for the report .. plus they NEVER EVER recommend faulty product ..unknown as advised by report person who visited All tarred with same closed shop response NEVER EVER trust the salesperson when they say..of course we will sort your issue… lies lies and more lies .. They sell rubbish recycled plastic mattresses that is not fit fir purpose ..small claims court agree … At best Rubbish /Thieves ..as are TRHayes Bath ..Management need to realise that we all dont have 3K to waste ..not everyone who buys the product is cash rich ..with money to burn Stay away from Both absolutely diabolical all accounts

If I could provide -0 review I would Appallingly bad courier service ..communication was lie’s followed by more lie's still no delivery as promised I sit awaiting communication from Either MS or courier 🚚,, Customer services listen but have limited power to help Honestly cheap labour cheap couriers Absolutely disgusting bad communication Why use them!! Mo alternative to allow me to collect from store .. Bring back good old fashioned British Standards with call centres in the UK Do not trust MS at all
Absolutely a nightmare ..people answer the phone who are rude plus don’t understand english .cant speak it properly...awful follow up service Never ever again rubbish is not a strong enough word!’
Update FINALLY a real person who speaks and understands English ..at least from what I received in an Email..an apology and immediate refund ..Thank you ..but still be mindful of reurns as absolute nightmare process ..Thank you ..eventually all rectified
