I was very sceptical about ordering from a company I had never used before, but from moment of order I was notified every step from receipt of my order to when this was dispatched. Ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday. I would definitely recommend. My hat was much better quality than expected.

I've bought loads of stuff now and everything is so beautiful and of such good quality. I have bought several Enitsa scarves (the pink one is stunning!) and the thick check pompom scarves to give away as gifts having had so many compliments. But this review is more about the customer service, with special heartfelt thanks to Ruth, who was extremely helpful re delivery when I was away on holiday and went above and beyond. I really appreciate that.

I purchased the folding trilby sun hat - I’m so impressed after multiple foldups for travel, the hat still looks perfect every time. Great quality, far exceeded my expectations. Received my first ever order today and absolutely love it! I ordered a forget me not scarf for a Christmas present I ordered a gift box and note which was lovely and written on a lovely seasons greeting card.
Lived hiw it was packaged and the little handwritten note from Nicola was a lovely touch.

The company are pleasant enough to deal with and my hat arrived packaged well. HOWEVER, international customers be aware of hidden tax costs on delivery. I live in France and although expected a 20% VAT additional charge, which should have been no more than £4, plus international delivery, I was charged a staggering 15€ by French customs to receive the delivery. I appreciate that this is a French customs issue, but had more information been provided on the website, I would have thought twice before ordering. As it is, it has cost more in delivery and tax than the actual cost of the hat. For this reason alone I have scored 3, otherwise I would have given 5. So more of a warning to other international buyers.

Absolutely love this hat! It fits perfectly, folds up easily for travel, and reshapes instantly without any fuss. I’ve had several compliments while wearing it—so many that I’ve already bought a second one! The listing photo showed a black band, but mine arrived with a brown leather-look band instead, which I actually prefer. Really happy with the quality and style. Highly recommend!
