Very very poor mattress

Very very poor mattress - was sold this for £1800 from Furniture Village on the guarantee it was the very best made for people with hip/back pain. Having had the mattress just over a year it sinks on one side. Terrible pains in the mornings and can't sleep at nights - furniture village sent an independent inspector out to check it and he went back saying this was in good condition!!!! fuming isn't the word you can clearly see on the pictures that it dips one side in and when you sit on the bed where it dips you sink!!! DO NOT BUY waste of money - simba is the better ones

Recently bought an Altitude Aura…

Recently bought an Altitude Aura mattress. Never invested in a premium mattress before but tried one in my local store and felt amazing. Now been sleeping on my mattress for a month and just feels amazing compared to the cheap bed in a box I'd had for 10 years.

Buyer Bware…

I am 74 and have slept on many mattresses during that time. We purchased a double mattress in August 24 and waited until November for its delivery. Within days the sidewall showed signs of bulging. My wife was in hospital until February 25 and I hung off complaining until she tried her side. Guess what the same thing happened and she weights 9 stone. I tried contacting Mammoth by email and phone but never received a reply from them. I consider that my mattress is the worst that we have ever slept on. It exhibits all the qualities of old mattresses. We complained to the store that sold it to us and they are replacing it with one from another manufacturer. We are stuck with the mattress until the end of this week. Would never buy from this manufacturer again. P0or service and poor quality

Mammoth Sit and Sleep - Be warned

If this is Mammoth Sit and Sleep, do NOT buy anything from them. They are going into receivership, their warranty is NOT worth the paper it is written on! The director has changed - oddly just before the gates have closed and has a sister company. They promised me numerous times that they would replace a faulty mattress, still in warranty and will now not return any calls. Don't fall into the trap.

Whatever you do DO NOT buy this brand

Whatever you do DO NOT buy this brand
Its just recycled foam ..absolutely top price for rubbish quality despite being advised its absolutely fantastic quality by Mammoth and sales persons at TRHayes

Cheap wood frame ..plywood like
Read Mammoth tolerances before purchase online . As when you find it dips, sags or suffers humps in the centre … once you complain they fall back on tolerance levels and warranty which as we know warranty is not a guarantee

They will NOT budge on accepting that they sell an inferior quality product..at top price ..they make untrue claims ..plus if you do your research you will find many stores refuse to sell Mammoth due to the problematic feedback they receive and the bad name it gives suppliers

Buy if you have money to waste 3K wasted here …
Disgraceful customer service plus TR Hayes in Bath are equally stubborn in fighting your corner ..arrange so called special bed persons to visit which at first you have the pleasure if paying for the report .. plus they NEVER EVER recommend faulty product ..unknown as advised by report person who visited
All tarred with same closed shop response
NEVER EVER trust the salesperson when they say..of course we will sort your issue… lies lies and more lies ..
They sell rubbish recycled plastic mattresses that is not fit fir purpose ..small claims court agree …
At best Rubbish /Thieves ..as are TRHayes Bath ..Management need to realise that we all dont have 3K to waste ..not everyone who buys the product is cash rich ..with money to burn
Stay away from Both absolutely diabolical all accounts

Wish I could do 0 stars

Wish I could do 0 stars. I bought a mattress 9H MAMMUTH RISE PLUS on 14/02/2022 for £855.
The worst mattress I ever slept on.After a year and a bit we started to have problems with it,asked for somebody to come and check it,I had to pay £50 for the inspector and to sort out nothing. Because “It was within the normal limits “ I’m literally rolling off from the bed while sleeping because one side is lower and softer than the other side. Disgusting to spend a lot of money on poor quality like this. VERY DISPARAGING
AVOID AVOID DON’T BUY THIS CRAP BRAND

A complete waste of £2300. Very poor quality

Bought a king size excel hybrid 8000 2+2 Drawer divan set for £2300 in May 2022 from TR Hayes in Bath. For the first couple of months all was ok but quite quickly it was like sleeping in a hollow where the mattress dips down causing a “King ridge” in the middle of the bed. The edges of the bed have no support and one could easily roll out the bed. Both of us started getting back aches. After about a year a complaint was made to the retailer and they arranged an “independent” bed inspector at our expense to examine. Said inspector duly visited who incidentally admitted that that only had a few weeks experience as he was previously a fruit and veg seller! He agreed with us it had excessive hollows probably just to placate us but when the written report was made surprise surprise the dipping was within tolerance! Not much of a surprise as guess his company would not be retained if they come up with the wrong result! Retailer said there was nothing more that could be done and just suck it up. We started sleeping in our spare bed whilst we saved up for another bed which we have no just purchased. I would have given zero stars if it were possible. Very angry that mammoth can get away with selling such sub standard mattresses Medical beds my a..e! Avoid like the plague

Mountain to climb

Lucky to get mattress two days before furniture shop closed after many years. Comfortable, this our second Mammouth. Sadly although we are not excessively heavy we have two hollows with mini mountain between us, £1600. To be separated.

Mammoth Supersoft 5 stars!!!!

I purchased my mammoth performance supersoft mattress approximately 8 years ago after suffering with an old sports injury - it’s fair to say I have never slept better.

After 8 years I thought it was time to treat myself to a new one. I was extremely pleased to find out they still sell this model.

I’ve had the new mattress for 4 weeks and I’m sleeping even better than before (if that was possible)

The new Comfort Slim pillows are a perfect combo with this mattress!!

Highly recommend.

Altitude Aura Luxe

Altitude Aura Luxe. What a great investment. I had previously been sleeping on a mattress with a topper but my Mammoth mattress has 100% helped improve my sleep. The cooling fabric is really noticeable. I have combined the mattress with a Mammoth Neck roll and it's a brilliant combo. Thanks Mammoth

Never slept better

Never slept better! Especially in summer months you can 100% feel the temperature regulating difference in a Mammoth, well worth the money. We've bought pillows to go with too and wouldn't go elsewhere - thank you!

Second mattress lasted 3 years… unreal

My first Shine advanced hybrid lasted 1,5 years until it collapsed. As it was during Covid times, it took a long time to resolve. The first evaluation was done without opening the mattress however a second time the same guy came and then opened it and voila, it was faulty. 4 month later I received a replacement mattress this time I went for the firm version as the medium is as soft as it gets. Sadly 3 years in and the foam density is gone and we just wake up with back ache. Side sleeping impossible as it dips so much that your feet are in the air. I cannot recommend Mammoth to anyone unless you want a mattress that eats you alive whilst sleeping. Pointless sending out an evaluator as they only measure dips,,, there is none as it is the density that is the issue.

2k down the drain. Lessons learned. Marketing BS nothing more. You would sleep better on sandbags than this.
