Absolutely a nightmare ..people answer…

Absolutely a nightmare ..people answer the phone who are rude plus don’t understand english .cant speak it properly...awful follow up service
Never ever again rubbish is not a strong enough word!’

Update FINALLY a real person who speaks and understands English ..at least from what I received in an Email..an apology and immediate refund ..Thank you ..but still be mindful of reurns as absolute nightmare process ..Thank you ..eventually all rectified
