Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Customer Services is a euphemism for stupid. The shop assistant in Cambridge needs training and I will never buy from them again. They need to learn that the customers' opinions matter.

Lazy driver

Driver left parcel in lobby instead iof delivering to the correct flat.
Not good.

Goodby Sainsbury's

I am 80 yrs old. As a child I was taken to a tiny Sainsburys where they used the wooden butter pats. I have stayed loyal until now. For 4 years I have shopped only by home delivery. Now we are parting company.
Messages are never answered. Not by email nor by Messenger. For 2 years I have been trying to get them to stop putting sealed items into individual plastic bags. I never get a reply.

The food quality has deteriorated over the last year. Many items bruised or overripe.

Today I phoned to cancel my delivery because of a family emergency and arranged to deliver tomorrow. However, it turned up today and only by a fluke was I home.
The drivers are wonderful and I am sad that I won't see their happy smiles any more but I am changing supermarkets.

Sainsbury's are not who they used to be.

If I could leave minus stars it would…

If I could leave minus stars it would express how I feel about Evri. In short, I will never buy from any company that uses Evri as a courier. 4 deliveries in the past few days have driven me crazy. The drivers are useless and dim.

The most useless company. No customer service, no contact, no phone, no goods, no sense.
They are obviously too wealthy to need more customers. They ignore any attempt to contact them.

Just ordered from Heat and Plum

Just ordered from Heat and Plum. Havn't yet received goods but a BIG COMPLIMENT to Fareen who is efficient, caring, helpful and a delight to speak to.
I spent a whole morning trying to trace what I needed and Fareen was the only one who helped.
I hope Victoria Plumbing goes out of business. They are disgraceful re customer care. In fact it does not exist.
Whereas, Heat & Plumb are wonderful.

It took HOURS of phone calls to find a person who knew what her job is. Prior to that I spoke (after hanging on the line for hours) to nitwits. I am still getting demanding letters for money I do not owe.
