The Hermes driver is always efficient and polite. Deliveries on time.

Bishops Stortford Branch. It used to be very good but yesterday was dreadful. Firstly, the waitress was great. No complaints there at all. She was cheerful and efficient.
However, in general this branch was not good. They are understaffed and our poor waitress was really overworked. She was alone for the entire downstairs area.
We waited slightly under 1 hour for our food. One of the pasta dishes was cold and was reheated but this made the chicken rather tough.
The gluten free pizzas were so small and flimsy, hardly anything to eat.
Lasagne was tepid and not too tasty.
Main complaint was the waiting and quality of the food.
Our waitress was so overworked, we think our food was waiting too long to be brought to us.
Won't bother going again.

JD Williams has always live up to expectations. No complaints from me in any area.
