Nimble has been the perfect entry level banking service for both my children and we have only moved to a high street bank now that they have got older. To be honest if you could use nimble on Apple Pay we might have stayed a little longer. Customer service has always been excellent and the app is very easy to use. I would highly recommend.

Terrible experience- near enough impossible to transfer from parent to child account - the transfer to parent account also very difficult!! Honestly not fit for purpose - I have cancelled and now use Monza far easier

I acquired a Nimbl card for my daughter, whilst she was at high school, and I found it to be an extremely useful way of introducing her to managing money as well as having the ability to go 'cashless'. It allows very comprehensive parent control (including the ability to set spending limits), amongst other things. I can certainly recommend this card to other parents.

Linda assisted me, I was experiencing difficulties with my little one's ATM card. She was patient and efficient. The matter was resolved in less than 10 minutes.

I’d been having an issue with my childs card for the last few days and had called in a few times but nobody I spoke with could resolve the issue. Finally today I called again and spoke with Michiah, who not only knew what the issue was right away but also resolved it for me in our short telephone call. Very efficient and polite, well done. If only I had spoken to her the first time I would have saved myself a weekend of hassle.

I Have spent 6 months trying to get my 11 year old sons £84 he had saved for a long time as we moved to Natwest Bank. They have ignored all emails, they confirm on the phone they will send, not let me talk to management. The only reason i have not written it off is that they should not be providing this service for children. I have unfortunately had to report them to the financial ombudsman as it is simply not right them keeping childrens funds. I do not recommend.

It’s really hard to close the account when you don’t want it anymore. You can’t cancel through the bank as it’s not a DD so they just keep taking the £2.50 a month. I see other complaints of a similar nature here so this seems to be a deliberate model to fleece customers trying to leave. We will be complaining to the FCA. Avoid.

Use caution - problems closing accounts and having money returned. Had nimbl cards for both daughters. Cards easy to set up, and they served a purpose. They’ve moved on to current accounts now, so wanted to cancel and withdraw the remaining £10 from the parent account. Initially told no problem and appeared helpful, but now being ignored (by initial customer service agent and help email address). Given the type of product it should be as easy to close as it is to open. It’s only £10, but a bizarre customer service approach and can’t now recommend.

Been using Nimbl for a couple of years had no issues until recently when the original card has expired. Replacement card sent out which would not activate so rang customer services to find out why. I was told a batch of cards they have sent out have been cancelled and we will receive another new card in the next few days and my son can't spend his money until this turns up. I would not have topped up my parent balance and paid in the pocket money if I had known. No emails or messages regarding the cancelled batch of cards or the fact that we will have several days where my son can't access his money. Really bad service and the customer service agent really didn't care about the issue. You can't take money out from the parent account so will work our way round it to empty the account and close it asap.

Nimbl is an efficient and effective way to assist young people to become accustomed to managing money and bank cards. It was easy to register and get an account and easy to utilise, From a parent's perspective it was very easy to transfer money and keep tabs on the account. Nimbl staff are efficient and respond quickly to any queries. Highly recommend

I had a quick response, everything I asked for was confirmed as actioed within two hours of the offices opening. Confirmation was then sent by email as to what had been done as each item I'd asked for was actioned.
