I'm 100 % sure that EDF are paying customers for fake reviews.
I have never come across with an energy company like EDF
Unprofessional staff , who surely not happy with being paid peanuts in India.
Communication is terrible, my advice is to record all calls from EDF .
This way you can argue with them without being dishonest.
Yes I'm not happy as made arrangements to make a payment. The monthly electric bill and £10.00 towards my debt.
Payment plan wasn't arranged as EDF customer happy with what I'm paying back.
January 2025 I had a missed payment marker on my credit report. Contacted EDF once again saying I never made arrangements with a payment plan.
In which i say yes this is correct. But I spoken with customer service advisor. Who was happy with my payments.
So basically because I never had a Payment plan I missed 2 payments of £1.55 .
Because they changed the £10.00 owing to £11.55.
Without sending me a letter , or an email. And no telephone call to them.
EDF know they are in the wrong.
And made several complaints.
And was told we looking into the matter.
There are a lying and useless company. Playing with customer lives regarding obtaining credit .
Had enough, and I hope bad things for EDF. I will be taking action, as been a long wait .
Stay Clear of EDF.
Also the call centre is in India.
Who my 🇺🇦 wife hates .
