I'm 100 % sure that EDF are paying…

I'm 100 % sure that EDF are paying customers for fake reviews.
I have never come across with an energy company like EDF

Unprofessional staff , who surely not happy with being paid peanuts in India.

Communication is terrible, my advice is to record all calls from EDF .
This way you can argue with them without being dishonest.

Yes I'm not happy as made arrangements to make a payment. The monthly electric bill and £10.00 towards my debt.
Payment plan wasn't arranged as EDF customer happy with what I'm paying back.
January 2025 I had a missed payment marker on my credit report. Contacted EDF once again saying I never made arrangements with a payment plan.
In which i say yes this is correct. But I spoken with customer service advisor. Who was happy with my payments.
So basically because I never had a Payment plan I missed 2 payments of £1.55 .
Because they changed the £10.00 owing to £11.55.
Without sending me a letter , or an email. And no telephone call to them.

EDF know they are in the wrong.
And made several complaints.
And was told we looking into the matter.
There are a lying and useless company. Playing with customer lives regarding obtaining credit .


Had enough, and I hope bad things for EDF. I will be taking action, as been a long wait .
Stay Clear of EDF.
Also the call centre is in India.
Who my 🇺🇦 wife hates .

I had a terrible 24 hrs with First…

I had a terrible 24 hrs with First Direct.
Firstly I applied for a loan. I have a very good credit score. As wanted to purchase a used car. And help my mother in law in Ukraine. Only £8300 I requested.

I done my application only taken 3 minutes to do. I pressed submit after it said they would do a standard search. Not using the words Hard Search. So thinking ok this is a soft search on eligibility.
So after I submit I got an alert on my phone from Kredit Carma. About a Hard Search.
I was so shocked and very upset this has happened. Not because I was declined. Even having a very good credit score.

I contacted customer service chat. Who was very slow to respond to me. And certainly English isn't there first language. Cheap labour.
They filed my complaint in the end. This morning I received a from email from Gary at customer relations. Saying he cannot do anything regarding removing the hard search. Because it would be giving wrong information to the CRA. In which that's incorrect because your doing the same to your customers.
FD need to change there application details before submitting. Confusion regarding a standard search.

So basically think twice about joining First Direct. There customer service skills are worse than Dictator Putin.

I went to view a used Peugeot 3008 GT…

I went to view a used Peugeot 3008 GT Line Premium at BYD Royston. Traveled by train.
On arrival I was greeted by the sales staff who was very polite.
The car was all cleaned and washed ready for the viewing. After having a look around the car. I noticed all 3 Alloys wheels was badly kerned damaged. In Which the sales staff said they would offer me a discount. Or they would have them refurbished for me . I a accepted the discount. As have no time going back to the dealership. Agreed discount was £195.00. I been quoted £150 each per wheel as badly kerbed. So yes not a discount at all.

Further more , I wasn't given the Service book. In which I have contacted BYD Royston on 3 occasions. Was told by sales advisor we put in the post for you. Nothing has arrived. So contacted on Monday 3rd February 2025. Was told sales advisor will call me back. Once again nothing. Either they have lost the service book. Or wasn't given to them. Either way I'm not happy. As when time will come to sell the car. I have no service history.

And another issue, just under 2 weeks of purchasing the car. The brakes are queaking. And a grinding noise. This is a brake issue. Looks like the car wasn't checked before sale. Apparently they was checked before 🤔

If this issue isn't solved. I will bring the car back to BYD Royston. For a full refund.

want to make a complaint.

Ryan Air flight from Leipzig to London Stansted. With my wife, and 5 years old daughter.
We arrived at the check-in at 13.45.
Due to Pegasus late arrival.

Was told that we should of checked in. In which we couldn't due to my phone not working. Water damaged.
The person at check-in told us we have to pay 155 euro as the flight is leaving on time. And was forcing us to pay. My 5 years old daughter was restless and shouting. Was very hungry. And But seems he just wanted to make money for Ryan Air.
In fact the flight to London Stansted left 25 minutes late.
Our baggage was also taken from the Airport. Had to wait 2 hours for it to be returned.

First time I have used Ryanair. And hopefully not the last. If customer service agent help me. The staff at check - in was very rude to myself



and my 5 years old daughter. We missed check-in because of our phone got water damaged while in Turkey. Couldn't check -in. Then was charged 155 euros on a flight that was delayed by 30 minutes. Flight time 14.45
Arrived at check-in 13.40. Due to
Pegasus leaving Antalya Airport late.
At our self Flight transfer from Leipzig Germany.
The seats we was given was very uncomfortable. Plane smelt of like someone been smoking. Alcoholics was aloud to board...
Flight attendants , never even checked if my 5 years daughter was wearing her seatbelt. Luckily I did.
Have to say , Ryan Air is budget Airline. Because of cheap prices , and low maintenance. Oh don't order food . Total ripoff.
Save your money, and pay the extra for comfort and flight attendants without an attitude 😡

I'm kind of confused here on why OVO…

I'm kind of confused here on why OVO energy has got good customer service 🤔
In the last 2 weeks I have been literally bombarded by OVO energy. On a debt for £59.66.
Threating emails , and telephone calls. If you don't pay we will pass on to the collection agency. Bailiffs 😡.
Asked for the bill showing how much energy I have used. Still nothing sent to me. And also the fact I never been a OVO energy customer. Apparently they taken over from SSE.
Very pushy energy company. Beware. And don't believe the reviews. Most are probably by staff or payed individuals.

I have tried many fragrance in the past…

I have tried many fragrance in the past . But nothing comes close to Nicholas Charles Fragrances.
Red Tobacco Mancera dupe. Is the closest to the real smell. Plus I must say , I'm getting over 12 + hours wearing this lovely long lasting scent.
Definitely ordering again some more Fragrances from NCF
Highly recommended👍

Don't bother with Smarty Mobile

I Bern with Smarty Mobile for over 3 months now. With the 4GB data plan. Then I upgraded to unlimited on a 5G plan.
Now after 1 week of using the unlimited plan , I now just have 4G coverage. And to be fair it's now very slow. In fact takes over 30 seconds to load one page. And watching a clip on YouTube over 2 minutes.
Terrible customer service. Not even trying to help. Saying it's my phone. How ridiculous that is. Will change to another network. Unlimited means not exactly unlimited.

Halifax the bank to say No

I have been with Halifax Bank now for over 5 years. My wages go into the Reward account.
I applied for a mortgage in principle. And said I could borrow upto £92.000 or more if needed.
My credit score is Excellent. 945-999
Experian. Equifax 644-700.
Done my application with A mortgage advisor. Was told , that the most they could lend me is £21,000. I asked to borrow £46,000 as Shared ownership
Was told they cannot lend me more.
Confused on why , as have no credit card debts , finance or loans. Only £192. On Argos card. Which is due April 2022.
To be honest don't bother taking a Mortgage from Halifax. They the bank to always Turn you down.
Closing my account down from tmw.
As they not trusted. Very much upset myself and my wife. We found a broker who got us a Mortgage. And great rates. Happy days. Halifax your useless , and need to find a better attitude of staff. Full complaint will be hand written very soon

Never take a Credit Card with Vanquis…

Never take a Credit Card with Vanquis Bank.
They never helped me enough to Resolve my issues. Since 2009 , they now just put a Default on my credit file. So basically Excellent credit score to very bad in 2 days. Vanquis sold my debt to Arrow Global Ltd. Threating letters , and customer service wont take of the default.
Vanquis Bank , don't care about there customers. About there situation. Especially after Lockdown. Beware , as they been Hacked a few times. Hopefully again.
