really poor & incompetent customer service - these guys continued to take a direct debit for a car they wrote off 3 years ago leaving me thousands of pounds out of pocket - they are now refusing to refund me forcing me to take them to court -

edited from 1 star - we had a problem with 4 sofas which were defective after just 4 months - after sending out an expert to check the sofas - they repalced all 4 with brand new sofas....cant ask for more than that
Excellent service , delivered in time for Christmas plus we saved 1000s on the cost compared to the usual high street sellers. Highly recomended

purchased new Kitchen Jan 23 from the Burnley Branch - awesome customer service! - Rachel & Caroline went out of their way to sort a problem with the new cooker which had failed, & after I had hit a brick wall with the supplier - highly recommended
purchased a NEUE oven but as soon as it was switched on it gave an overheating error and would not work - candy blatantly refused to replace the item as it was over 30 days since i took delivery even tho it had only just been installed - now they are trying to get me to organize the repair...on a brand new item!

Been with them 20 years and finally got sick of them jacking my price up every year...new customers get same deal for 25. My bill is 75. Soul destroying talking to their customer service team. Expect to be on hold for literally hours

When you join us as a new customer, you will usually be on a welcome offer. When this offer ends, you'll usually revert to the standard package price for the bundle.
The cost of this will be listed on your contract and the end date of the discounts will be listed on each bill :)
We also send out an End Of Contact Notification to all our customers before their contract comes to and end highlighting the new package price and also any offers that may be of interest.
