My jet pressure went wrong under two years so sent it back. They said they couldn't fix it and wanted to refund me but never did. Then stopped answering my emails. Then they went bust so I will never get my £100 refund. They ripped me off!
Union Mart Ltd. is the only company found on ebay uk that treats customers with indifference. This year I bought a generator that broke down in the meantime. I wrote twice through ebay with this company and I did not receive any answer where I could send it for repair, because it is under warranty.
since I did not receive any response from the company, I made an appointment with an advisor to guide me on how to solve my problem with this company.
I will definitely be careful not to buy products from this company again

I Purchased this product after much Research and Went for this over a Karcher thinking this was a lot Stronger for the Jobs it required to do Norse SK135 I had received in good time and then tried out first time Great and then hadn’t used for a while and went to use and had No Pressure you would turn on and no Motor noise I contacted Amazon then Union Mart and expecting a good response was a while before they came back to me and their suggestion was to drop from a few inches to possibly free up the motor this was tried and didn’t fix the problems I then Replied back and Never heard from again I did try and call and got through to someone I think on their lunch break they just talked to me made the noise of being cut off and cut off I called back no answer I emailed again no answer then when they finally came back to me told the product was out of Warranty £179.99 Boat Anchor

Bought a Wilks USA RX545 pressure washer in May last year. Still under warranty. A few weeks ago it went up in smoke and stopped working permanently.
I have repeatedly contacted Union Mart through their customer services email system on their website.
It has been over a month now since my first email and I have yet to receive a reply to any one of them.
We are fast approaching the end of the warranty period but I simply cannot get their attention.
Emailed union mart no reply , used Resolver still no response, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with would not recommend them at all don’t seem to care about customers once they have your cash . Expected better from an outlet selling American products .

This is by far one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. I bought a generator of them 3 months ago and the generator has stopped working and not suppling power. I have been in contact with “customer support team” and have had about 4 responses in the last month. They take a week to reply to one email and the emails are usually 1 liners with no solutions. The person on the phone told me to call them each time I send an email so they can respond quicker. How ridiculous!! Must be from all the complaints they are trying to avoid.
These 5* reviews most of them are fake as I can see I am not the only person they are doing this too.
Avoid at all cost!!
Terrible customer service... they are fantastic in the few weeks when it's eligible for return after that it's months between replies, total ignoring of written content in the query and no answer to phones. The products are ok for the price but will break hence the importance of thr support which is non existent

Update on 26/3/24
After refusing to refund on a faulty pressure washer that had been used twice, they eventually delivered back to me on 26/3/24 (21 days after my initial reporting of faulty product) claiming they had replaced the pump. Tested it, exactly the same problem as before - a pressure washer that produces a trickle of water.
Please see below for more detail.
Stated in writing on 5/3/24, that the new pressure washer was faulty and they still have not done anything for me. I have repeatedly communicated and they have still not promised to collect or refund or replace or doing anything to resolve this issue.
PART TWO
So after they read this Trustpilot Review, they communicated and eventually asked me to go to the trouble of taking this large boxed item to a courier collection point (many miles away as I am in a rural area). After they had received it, I waited 2 days before asking them about this further delay (I should not have had to chase them again). They said that they had replaced the "pump" on this twice used item. I stated that I would prefer a refund as a twice used machine should not be having its pump replaced (pressure washer - so main item of this machine) after only two uses. They refused and said they would return it to me. It is now 22nd March and I still have not received a refund or the machine. This complaint started on 5th March.

Very good delivery but The product blew up first time I used it and I've tried contacting company by email and through their website contact form and I'm still waiting a reply from them.

Purchased Rhino winch few years ago & received excellent service but after a failure last year Aug 23 & talking with agent I tried to order replacement controller unit. "No stock". Emailed few times no answers. Called & spoke to agents & always told to "try calling back later" as still no spares still no proactive actions from supplier. Now March 2024 & no further on & still waiting for someone to actually answer the phone. Have tried escalation to primary owner Mike McGuire but zero answers. Ordered a second new upgraded winch via Amazon no problem but getting spares & replacement dyneema has been a total nightmare/disaster. Was on hold for over 30 minutes yesterday & now yet again been on hold for 15 mins with the same recorded voice prompt telling me I am first in the queue. Abysmal experiences. I hope I dont have to wait the 9 years the owner waited for a parcel to return to himself!
