edited from 1 star - we had a problem with 4 sofas which were defective after just 4 months - after sending out an expert to check the sofas - they repalced all 4 with brand new sofas....cant ask for more than that

Absolutely do not recommend this company. Slow and uncaring service . After they sold the sofa, you can kill yourself trying to reach them for a return or exchange. Very bad quality, awful customer services

Avoid at all costs! Shoddy workmanship and terrible materials used in production. Spent what was, for me, an extremely large amount of money on 2 leather sofas. Turned out to be bonded leather and started cracking and splitting after a few months. Look at all the YouTube videos of others going through the same experience. They keep closing and re-opening in new premises to avoid the county court judgements that are stacking up. I have just been awarded one too and have no illusions that it won't get paid. Seriously, go somewhere more reputable!

Easy ordering process with excellent communications and tracking of order throughout. Delivery date and delivery slot both spot on. Delivery staff were very helpful and extremely polite. Overall an excellent product with a great service! thank you.
