Delivery was fast. no packaging inside cardboard box to cushion the bottles in transit.
Luckily they were in one piece on arrival.
Good communication by email regarding delivery of items.
Two of the perfumes were wearable but the Frangipani and Pineapple was far too strong with a very artificial floral smell.
I felt it was too hit and miss as to which Fragrances would be good.

They use Fastway to deliver goods, when I had an issue with non delivery they would not refund me my money nor would they re-send the item.
They essentially washed their hands of the problem.
I am extremely angry at this appalling level of customer service.
I was treated as if I had stolen the package myself.

We are of course very sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced with the delivery of your order. We completely understand how upsetting it must feel to be told something is delivered when you haven't received it.
Please rest assured, we absolutely do not believe you've done anything wrong. Our goal is simply to make sure you receive your order. Sadly, once the courier confirms delivery, our options as the sender are limited - once we have this confirmed from the courier we cannot resent the item or refund as this is the courier policy. We do all in our power to try to communicate with the courier how the parcel was delivered and any proof of delivery information.
As we have not information of your order - we cannot directly help you, but we suggest at this stage to double check again with neighbours, household members, or nearby safe places where parcels sometimes left.

If I could leave no stars I would.
They threw my order into a neighbouring garden despite the package being fragile.
The package went missing and they are refusing to work with seller to offer resolution.
I will never use a company that uses them ever again.
They are a shower of con artists.
Trustpilot need to look at the suspiciously good reviews and investigate as they are clearly bogus.

I am unable to leave MINUS stars unfortunately as it's all this company deserve.
I received an email from them stating that my parcel had been delivered when in actual fact it has NOT!!!
I have contacted the company that I bought from to bring to their attention the unreliability of Fastway.
I will NEVER AGAIN purchase from a company that uses this firm.
They are a disgrace!
Their cut and paste responses are a joke too.
AVOID !!!

If I could give zero stars to Boots Online Ireland I would.
Twice a Klarna refund was done incorrectly by an assistant manager, called into my local branch where staff were completely disinterested in helping me with my problem.
To top it off my latest Boots online order was cancelled for no reason.
It's impossible to contact Boots customer service.
Sorry if this post is rambling a bit as I am seething that Boots are so incompetent and unhelpful.
I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.
Very very poor show by Boots.
