If I could give zero stars to Boots Online Ireland I would.
Twice a Klarna refund was done incorrectly by an assistant manager, called into my local branch where staff were completely disinterested in helping me with my problem.
To top it off my latest Boots online order was cancelled for no reason.
It's impossible to contact Boots customer service.
Sorry if this post is rambling a bit as I am seething that Boots are so incompetent and unhelpful.
I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.
Very very poor show by Boots.
