They use Fastway to deliver goods, when I had an issue with non delivery they would not refund me my money nor would they re-send the item. They essentially washed their hands of the problem. I am extremely angry at this appalling level of customer service. I was treated as if I had stolen the package myself. Buyer beware!!!

We are of course very sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced with the delivery of your order. We completely understand how upsetting it must feel to be told something is delivered when you haven't received it.
Please rest assured, we absolutely do not believe you've done anything wrong. Our goal is simply to make sure you receive your order. Sadly, once the courier confirms delivery, our options as the sender are limited - once we have this confirmed from the courier we cannot resent the item or refund as this is the courier policy. We do all in our power to try to communicate with the courier how the parcel was delivered and any proof of delivery information.
As we have not information of your order - we cannot directly help you, but we suggest at this stage to double check again with neighbours, household members, or nearby safe places where parcels sometimes left.
