Excellent clean of a very dirty oven. It now looks like new!
Booking the visit was easy and a reminder was sent the day before. Rob arrived at the exact time stated and was careful to keep the work area clean, including removing his shoes at the front door. Very friendly and explained what was being done.
Thoroughly recommend his service.

We broke a mug that had great sentimental value, having been given by our sister in law who passed away in December, and needed some guidance as to how to obtain a replacement. I asked the question via the website on Sunday 1st June, received an answer on 3rd June and received the mug on 7th June by Royal Mail. Excellent, understandng and very helpful service. Many thanks

Excellent service. I either had a slow puncture or a leaking valve. I came in and an appointment was made for that afternoon. It took about 45 minutes as advised in morning. All sorted plus an advisory re brake pads. Will certainly return very shortly for the pads to be sorted. Many thanks for prompt and friendly service.

Comfortable and very clean property. Good location for seeing east Devon and west Dorset towards Bridport and Lyme Regis. Various elements of equipment were tired and needed replacing. Externally the property does not have kerb appeal but inside is good (barring some of the equipment).

Quality of trousers were very good. The waist fit was pefect but the leg length was too long for me, despite being 33 inches like my other trousers which do fit correctly.

I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a review, but it was NOT conditional on being positive.
However I was very pleased with the ease of selling via the internet, getting a quote, receiving the packing for sending the phone, and getting a very promt payment. I was kept fully informed by email of where the process was (perhaps even a few too many but much better than silence).
My only beef would be with the phone maker as it is very hard to be absolutely specific as to the type of phone you have. My Iphone was SE 3rd Generation instead of just SE. Can't see where it says that easily. Never mind - perhaps its my age.

The process for me and my wife was very simple online and, despite a variety of medical issues (we are both over 70), it did not default to "can't do this online, please telephone us" so that was a massive plus.
As an aside, we told our friend of ours about our experience (he is also 70), he tried Staysure and told us that he had saved over £700 compared to a previous insurer / trip to Canada!

Dream Doors Worcester were recommended to us by a neighbour and most certainly were not disappointed. There was an exceptional level of service from the initial contact, giving advice as well as dealing with our requirements, right through to the final kitchen. Despite us changing a few requirements part way through the build, these did not phase the Dream Doors team and all were dealt with without any fuss. The final kitchen is superb. There is a very high level of workmanship thoughout, from the new doors and panels to the change of configuration of hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Dream Doors Worcester to anyone.

Good timely service and friendly delivery lady

Fabulous service. We booked a cottage in Pembrokeshire and were looking forward to a lovely break for a week. The second lockdown put paid to that sadly. 10 out of 10 for holiday cottages because:
31st Oct - Lockdown announced
1st Nov- Email from holiday cottages giving option to a) voucher for another booking b) change the dates for existing venue c) money back
6th Nov - Funds back in my account
We will most certainly go back to holiday cottages and rebook when we are able to do so. Many thanks for great service.

Visited Carphone Warehouse in Hereford and served by Lewis today. Needed a new phone - nothing too technical but an upgrade to my Iphone 5. Lewis listened carefully and showed me a couple of options with no pressure at all to have the most expensive "do everything that I don't need" phone. Settled on an IPhone SE and Lewis transferred the data across from my old phone with great ease. Lewis is a great ambassador for Carphone Warehouse. Many thanks

My two grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed making it. However only 4 stars as some of the plastic rails were twisted and has to be heated slightly to ensure that the ball stayed on the track.

My router collapsed on me completely at 7.30pm on a Tuesday. Tried to reboot it but no power in it at all. Phoned Zen Support at 7.50pm, explained the issue and asked for a new router to be sent out. Order placed and email confirmation received that evening.
Texts received on Wednesday confirming that router was on the way and would be delivered on Thursday. New router received at 10am on Thursday and, before I had a chance to install it, got a phone call from Zen asking if I was happy and if I needed any help that I should call them. Excellent service from Zen as always!

I have only given 3 stars as one of the three items was broken when received. This is unlikely to have been the fault of Crocus.
When queried with Crocus, sadly the item was sold out of stock and a refund was offered as a replacement could not be sent. This aspect of the service was excellent and the refund was received very quickly.
