A disaster came right
The potting bench arrived and then so did another one! The second was sent back but, when opened, one of the pieces in the original delivery was damaged. The incorrect pieces were sent to replace the damaged part. Then the correct part was sent. However in the meantime the extremely helpful Customer Service team (Sarah) had offered to send a completely new bench, with a big apology. Whilst this may not sound like a 4 star grading, it must be accepted that things can go wrong (damaged part) but it is how a company resolves it that makes the difference. Yes it was a lot of to and fro but I was always kept in the loop as to what was happening and thus the service was very good..
