Fabulous service. We booked a cottage in Pembrokeshire and were looking forward to a lovely break for a week. The second lockdown put paid to that sadly. 10 out of 10 for holiday cottages because:
31st Oct - Lockdown announced
1st Nov- Email from holiday cottages giving option to a) voucher for another booking b) change the dates for existing venue c) money back
6th Nov - Funds back in my account
We will most certainly go back to holiday cottages and rebook when we are able to do so. Many thanks for great service.
