Excellent service AGAIN

My router collapsed on me completely at 7.30pm on a Tuesday. Tried to reboot it but no power in it at all. Phoned Zen Support at 7.50pm, explained the issue and asked for a new router to be sent out. Order placed and email confirmation received that evening.
Texts received on Wednesday confirming that router was on the way and would be delivered on Thursday. New router received at 10am on Thursday and, before I had a chance to install it, got a phone call from Zen asking if I was happy and if I needed any help that I should call them. Excellent service from Zen as always!
