Ich habe mich gefreut, am Wochenende ein Sonderangebot nutzen zu können, und habe ein schönes Parfüm mit einem kleinen Rabatt gefunden.

Ich habe es sofort bestellt und gespannt auf das Paket gewartet. Aber Moment mal ... warum sollte mir Ludwig Beck das Produkt wie bestellt senden, wenn sie meine Bestellung STORNIEREN können und dann es wieder zum vollen Preis anbieten können?

Das ist kein luxuriöses Einkaufserlebnis, vielleicht ist es im Laden anders, aber online reicht das nicht aus. Das Produkt ist VERFÜGBAR, aber meine Bestellung wurde aufgrund der „Verfügbarkeit” storniert. So kann man sich vielleicht verhalten, wenn man ein zwielichtiger eBay-Shop ist, aber nicht als Luxusunternehmen.

Das ist meine letzte Bestellung dort.

Today, I saw the promo with 15% discounts, opened their website and booked two flights to Italy at the end of August.

I went through all the stages, added the payment details and after clicking to pay I got "Sorry but your ticket prices have changed, search again".

To be honest, is the first time in my life when such a fraudulent practice takes place, I was expecting to have the same price as I start until the end of the booking.

This is 100% the last time I book with Ryanair.

Excellent service from a tradition brand. I ordered a nice pair of oxfords which unfortunately were too tight for my feet. The quality of the shoes was impeccable and even if I had to send them back, all went smooth as butter.

Für Lieferungen nach Deutschland läuft alles top mit Global E und DHL Express, die Rücksendung ist auch ganz gut geregelt.

Vermeiden so gut wie es geht! Ab jetzt ich werde von keinen Shop mehr bestellen der mit Hermes liefert. Ich habe von Colis Expat France ein Paket nach Deutschland mit Hermes bedauerlicherweise geschickt, und seit Mittwoch den 9.7 reist gerne mein Paket von Station zu Station nur bei mir landet es nicht. Heute, den 12.7 war glücklicherweise in Zustellung .. aber guess what: "Die Lieferung deiner Sendung verzögert sich, bald geht’s weiter".

Für gleichen Preis könnte ich DHL nutzen und hoffentlich mein Paket schon haben, aber nö .. warum nicht mit Hermes in Deutschland unterwegs zu sein?

Für 15€ Liefergebühren ist extrem schleckt was Hermes liefert. Sie sollten sich schämen und sofort alle Geschäfte einstellen.

Bei P&C Düsseldorf bestellen wir seit Jahre und ist immer alles top gelaufen, von Bestellung bis zum Rückgabe, läuft einfach. Die Preise sind auch sehr angemessen und viele Eigenemarken wie Jake´s, MCNeal oder Christian Berg sind sehr schön, hochwertig und nicht schlimmer als Zara. Immer gerne wieder

The marketing of H&C is very weird, to say the least. I got on Instagram ads about them and when I checked the website, I found some good offers like 4 shirts at 160€ for Germany. I kept the shirts in the basket for a few days, maybe I find some more items to order then make a bigger purchase. When I got back to order, the offer became 3 for 165€ .. so the cookies did their thing.

I would have given them a chance, but the marketing is too confusing for me.

The products are good and my wife loves the Double Yuzu, so we keep buying them. If you order and all is good with the details, it´s a good purchase. If you have a little error, like a number missing from address or so - you can forget it. Customer service does not exist, 3 days later still no reply and my order goes to the wrong destination. The website is also very sluggish, if you add a new destination it will still show the old one.

Horrible bank, so called "modern" which wants to take over Commerzbank. First, get your own relations together and then look for purchases. The customer service is a disgrace and if you get your account locked for whatever reason, have fun unlocking it. It should be banned in Europe this horrible institution. My mother, which is not so young anymore, waited over 40min in line at her costs when a lady said "wait a second". You should be ashamed of yourself !

This is an awesome method to fly from Eindhoven if you come from far away. The parking is central, quite clean, big and with locked doors to the public. No parking ticket, no entry. The price for about a week was absolutely fantastic, at 5€ per day. The airport shuttle (free) is right in front of the exit towards the central square. I will return for sure, even just to visit Eindhoven. Thank you !

0 Sterne wären noch zu viel.

Ich habe ein paar Wanderschuhe im Nov 2024 gekauft, aber noch nie getragen. Im April habe ich die für cca 10 Stunden erstes Mal getragen, von 6 Uhr morgens big nachmittags und der linke war so bequem wie ein Sportschuh, aber der rechte Schuh hat mein Fuß verletzt, seit anfang April ich kann mein großes Finger nicht mehr Fühlen.

Wegen Qualitätsmangel habe ich die Schuhe zurück gesendet um ein Voucher zu bekommen, aber Adidas hat meine Anfrage abgelehnt weil "die nicht sauber sind", ernsthaft ?

Seit Stunded spreche ich mit Kundenservice per E-Mail und Whatsapp und die sind wirklich hart und empathielos. In den USA wäre der Fall seit lange bei Rechstanwälte, aber hier lehnen die einfach ab.

Ich werde der Fall an RA geben, macht kein Sinn freundlich und angemessen mit Adidas zu handeln.

Für cca 100€ haben die eine Kunde for life verloren, ob das sich lohnt weiß ich nicht.

Absolut zu empfehlen ! Die Preise sind sehr freundlich, kommen von VW direkt und in DE innerhalb 2 Werktage habe ich alles bekommen. Die schleckte Bewertung ist nicht zu nachvollziehen. Weiter so VW Parts !

Absolute horrible staff in this company, on the 22.2 Belgium railroad was on strike and myself and many others have been stranded in Liege GUILLEMINS. The Eurostar train which stopped in Liege, having the next stop in Aachen (perfect for us) had the most unfriendly and arrogant staff. We kindly asked to allow us one station to Aachen so we can go home, even if SNCB was on strike and the Eurostar train was empty. They asked 60€ for 1!! station or ciao. Inhumane and we will never use Eurostar ever !

Top Laden, eine schöne 5/5 Überraschung wo andere Online Shops immer schlimmer sind.

Wir haben von Mi/XIaomi bisher 3 Handys gekauft, Heißluftfriteuse, etc .. es war immer schnell und sauber gesendet/verpackt.

Eine Rücksendung ist auch sehr schnell und problemlos gelaufen, von daher wir sind mit MI.com sehr zufrieden. 5 Sterne verdient!

2025 .. was soll es sein?

Wie schwer ist für DHL Zusteller eine Lieferung in die Filiale zu bringen wenn kein Postnummer geschrieben ist? Es sollte möglich sein einfach nachträglich eine Info hinzuzufügen, DPD, UPS, Hermes alle bieten es an, nur DHL schickt alles zurück.

Sehr unseriös und inkompetent der Laden, dazu noch teurer als früher, finger weg!

Massimo Dutti bieten sehr schöne Sachen an. Die Qualität ist einfach da, kann man nichts sagen. Aber warum wird DHL Packtation angeboten, wo ich alle Daten schreibe und dann wird meine Lieferung ohne Postnummer gesendet? Heute wird mein Paket zurückgesendet weil "Die Postnummer fehlte".

Who is working in these companies ?? So eine ärgerliche Erfahrung, ich würde dort nicht mehr bestellen, sehr unseriöse Firma.

This is supposed to protect Websites from attacks and hackers, but instead is blocking me as a client from most of the webshops while using ProtonVPN. Whats the point of having a "protection" service, which is paranoia with an established VPN provider? Based on the reviews, it shows what a miserable service they offer.

My first order before Brexit came fast and with goodies to Germany, the second one after Brexit was problematic with Forward2Me but ATH have been top !

Ich habe etwas in UK bestellt, als Voranschlag habe ich für die weitersendung 20£ bekommen, nach Empfang des Pakets sind 70£ nach DE.

Ich habe eine Etikett für die Rücksendung hochgeladen und dann haben die es schnell zurück gesendet.

Als Geschäftsmodell ist das ganze schön organisiert und die geben sich die Mühe um die Sachen korrekt zu erledigen.

Nächstes Mal wird besser, danke Joyce.

I guess many spanish companies are using them, because of the cheap rates so they seem to be overwhelmed. My Druni (horrible shop) order was shipped with Sending.es and apparently they could not find a HOTEL !! I modified the address online and one working day later they have delivered the products. All in all I am satisfied with Sending.

Avoid the online shop completely ! I ordered some products to arrive to the Hotel in Barcelona and they shipped with Sending which "did not found" the location, a HOTEL !! Now I ordered two products which are in stock, and my order was cancelled without any mention why and the money will be refunded to PayPal. Druni does not know how to handle online business, I will ask them to delete my account, it is a waste of time. In store, they are worth a visit .. but online, forget it.
