Wenn man ein Top Duft bestellen kann, mit weniger als 50% des UVP, dass ist schon krass. Wenn es geliefert, in UVP ohne Problemen wird .. dann ist noch besser.

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und ich werde wieder von dort bestellen, DPD ist ziemlich komisch, aber Proshop kann nichts dafür. 100 % zu empfehlen !

If you have the chance to visit their Paris store, you will be amazed by the opulence and architectural beauty. But if you have to go online to order, take a cup of tea and prepare for the worst. After spamming me for weeks with the newsletter I made an account and wanted to order a perfume for my wife, but guess what .. "access denied", after weeks of constant newsletters I can´t access my newly created account. Do not even bother, if it´s not about visiting the Paris store !

There is NO customer service, the messages remain unanswered and most likely ignored. For a premium brand, this is unacceptable. I give two stars because the chief creative officer is quite passionate and brings the brand forward, but no reply in weeks for a 460€ delivery, that's crazy!!

Druni Spain is such a nice shop ! We bought stuff in Malaga and they were super polite and with a good mood. When I got an online order they also shipped it nicely and the product unavailable was refunded very fast. A nice serious shop, will buy again !

This EMail was perfect up to a few years ago, and the opposite is true about Yahoo Mail. Since then, for some reason .. Yahoo has a strong spam filter and almost nothing goes through, and Outlook Mail is the biggest gold mine for spammers and scammers because EVERYTHING goes through and they have literally no filter. I will delete my EMail asap and go ahead with Yahoo. It´s a pity they are having the integration with Windows and many companies use this as their tool. On top of this, Hotmail/Outlook/Windows have 0 possibility to contact someone and complain about it. 1 Star is too much !

How is it that DKB is getting on top of all the reviews, but when you decide to open an account as newcomer to Germany they simply reject you.

My wife comes from outside of EU and she has of course no SCHUFA history, how can she start having an account, get a rent, etc .. if from the most simple step, her wings get cut.

I see below that also for the clients, it is not smooth sailing. Make it in Germany is a joke, unfortunately.

Aber dieses Mal, ich habe ein Guerlain Vetiver mit das beste Preis auf Internet gestern um 14:00 bestellt und heute morgen hat es DHL bei mir gebracht. Die Proben sind da, und noch eins extra dazu.

Super Preis, blitzschnell gesendet und mit schöne Proben drin .. für mich Douglas ist viel besser als damals. Immer gerne !

Kann gut sein das die zu groß sind um eine echte Modernisierung zu überleben. Ich mag in prinzip Galeria und deren Kaufhäuser .. aber:
- Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem unmotiviert.
- Die haben 0% Lust um die Kunden sich zu beschäftigen.
- Ich habe 3 Sachen in Galeria Düsseldorf reserviert, und dann mit dem code "Rennen" sollte ich ein 40€ Gutschein bekommen .. nach fast eine halbe Stunde, wollte die Mitarbeiterin mich nicht zu helfen. Ein netter Mann beim 1e Stock hat mich geholfen und ich habe doch meine über 200€ Bestellung abgeholt.
- Nun ich habe 3 LOccitane 500ml Seifen für 45€ gekauft um die Goodies bag zu bekommen .. tja, die Leere Tasche war da, die Goodies leider nicht.

Ich weiß nicht ehrlich gesagt wie lange kann Galeria mit so ein Dienst überleben.

Top, wie immer. Selber für eine kleine Creme für meine Mutter die haben ein paar hochwertige Proben dabei gesendet, das machen die Beauty Shops selten. Immer gerne

Innerhalb 24h habe ich meine Bestellung bekommen. Das ist bisher noch nie bei PD passiert aber ich freue mich darauf. Tom Ford mit ein super Preis und ultraschnell geliefert. Was will man mehr :D ?

I have not purchased so far from them and I do not think I will. They pour tons of money into Google ads and similar to simply deceive the people. I see on all my searches how there is "Sale" and "price decrease" on De Bijenkorf .. and when I click, it is either a price error or the smaller size instead of the bigger ML size for a perfume. This does not give me the feeling of a serious shop who is using false ads to generate traffic on their website.

I got a nice niche perfume from CultBeauty with delivery to Germany. It has been delivered in a calendar week from UK (Brexit story..) to Germany as mentioned when I ordered it.

The product is great and I have no complaints about it, will use Cult for sure in the future. From me they get 5 stars!

Mit Aromatico.de bin soweit sehr zufrieden, ich habe für mehr als 100€ von dort bestellt und jedes Mal sind die Bestellungen schnell gesendet und liebevoll verpackt. Heute hat mich die Frau Lyssa professionell und schnell geantwortet.

I ordered two products becasue the prices were nice and only after I checked the Trustpilot (my mistake). Then when I saw that it might be problematic, I cancelled the order from the account - which was a nice option and I got the confirmation that my order was cancelled. But the pending PayPal transaction was not cancelled by ElCorteIngles - either they do not know how, their system is not so advanced to do that or I don´t know. Now I am going back and forth with ECI and PayPal to release the pending funds .. which to my shock none of them can help. In the worst case scenario they will be blocked for one year and then I can have the €€ back for an order I have cancelled. This is a very shady business .. I would not order from them ever again.

Wie geschrieben, die Lieferung könnte schneller sein .. aber auf dem "Lieferzeiten" steht das für DE und andere EU Länder zwischen 8 - 11 Werktage dauert. MMn das ist extrem länge für unsere Zeiten aber so ist es, My Origines haben der Laden in Ajaccio/Corsica so die müssen zuerst alles nach Mainland zusenden, und von dort wird weiter transportiert. Mit IMX hat alles gut funktioniert und meine letzte Bestellung ist in 9 Werktage geliefert worden. Ich glaube das es zu langsam für unsere moderne Zeiten ist aber für DHL express oder ein schnelleres Versanddienst sollte man dann mehr zahlen und dann sind My Origines weniger kompetitiv. Ich bin zufrieden und werde von dort wieder bestellen, wenn keine Eile dabei ist. Für schnelle Lieferungen oder Geburtstaggeschenke sollten die Kunden aus DE woanders kaufen.

Obwohl es teil des LVMH Grouppe ist, bekommt man hier keine "Luxurs Erlebnis". Ich bin seit Jahre bei Sephora Kunde und gerade mit "GOLD" Status, aber das bringt absolut nichts! Bevor ich könnte für Tom Ford 10% Rabatt bekommen, nun mit GOLD funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Und die "Angebote" sind immer mit ** und ist fast alles ausgeschlossen. Beim Telefon oder Email kann man auch nichts machen und die unmotivierte Damen versuchen der Anruf so schnell wie möglich zu beenden. Ich werde mein Konto löschen und woanders kaufen ..

So far I have used two programs from them and for both all was good so far and without any troubles. If you have an account with Kaspersky you can save your licenses there and it´s easier to reinstall the software. The prices are also ok.

Ich habe bisher direkt bei MI Deutschland zwei mal bestellt: ein RedMi Note 9 Pro und zwei Powerbanks.

Jedes Mal ist die Bestellung schnell mit UPS geliefert (5€ unter 70€ finde ich ok für so ein Lieferdienst) und die Ware ist einwandfrei.

Natürlich, wenn man Problemen mit die Produkte hat, ist etwas anders aber bei mir ist alles gut gewesen. Deswegen ich werde wieder bei MI/Xiaomi bestellen.

Ich habe am 14.05 eine Bestellung gemacht mit Lieferung nach DE. Es war ein super Preis für ein CREED so ich sollte unbedingt es haben. Gleich ist Vatertag und mit ein Code könnte man noch etwas dazu bekommen, das habe ich auch gemacht. Nun am 20.5 ist mein Paket sicher und sauber mit DPD geliefert.

Seitem ich eine sechr schleckte Erfahrung mit MyOrigines gehabt, habe ich nicht mehr bestellt. Aber nun, die sind viel besser geworden, ist alles sicher verpackt und 4 Pröbchen waren auch da.
