Won’t cancel

I was literally just looking and it insisted I put my payment info in to see what calorie conscious meals it's chosen for me then I get this email saying l'm subscribed. Instantly cancel and it says I can't cancel the first delivery!! Well that's me never using you again!

I’m really fussy when it comes to…

I’m really fussy when it comes to shakes as find the fruit ones tasteless usually. These ones taste amazing. Good customer service too.

Food is good but I am on my 5th week…

Food is good but I am on my 5th week and I’ve yet to be charged correctly. All the emails also have the wrong date on them but never get a response to emails. They respond to Facebook re the pricing each week, but I have to ask every week rather than it charging correctly in the first place, and I send their emails to them to show the incorrect dates and they either don’t reply or reply saying what I said - that the date is a different one, but don’t seem to do anything to put it right in the system. Their PT Steve is good on Facebook. That and the food being decent has kept me going until now, but I’m getting fed up of having to argue for the right price every week so this will probably be my last week.

Excellent service early on - with issues on update

Update 1 month on - I’ve now had a chance to use the two eco nano pods I bought at the same time as the juices I’ve reviewed below. Both have had a burnt taste from day 1, and I’m not sure if they are perhaps not genuine, as never had two duds in one pack before. Contacted them but got no reply. Just a heads up if you’re considering buying eco nano pods.

Excellent service. Next day delivery. Had an issue with a product being damaged and their customer service was exceptional. Will definitely be using them again.

Zero customer service. Zero contact. Zero care. Please avoid

Terrible experience. After paying a fortune for wegovy, a weight loss medicine, I had a problem with the ‘pen’ delivery system. The drug company said they would replace it via MedExpress, who they would refund, but MedExpress will not answer either the phone or email in 3 days. They have now closed my case without ever responding, despite the drug company asking them to provide me with a free replacement, for which they will be refunded. They refuse to communicate at all, and there is no way of contacting them to speak to them. I warn strongly against using this company!!

filthy dirty cable

Arrived so absolutely filthy dirty that my hands were black just from getting it out of the box it was delivered in. No internal bag or anything round cable (obviously not expecting original, but a cheap plastic bag costs pennies). Clearly not been given any attention after arriving from previous user, who obviously wasn’t exactly clean! Wouldn’t use again and do not recommend.

Great customer service

Bought a new flavour and didn't like it. Contacted customer service and got a really fast response, and they offered to replace them with a different one that I know I like, as well as taking the batch numbers to pass on so it could be looked into. Can't fault their customer service at all. Spot on.

Not despatched

Update: company have sent another email telling me they are closed for the Scottish bank holidays, despite having not told me that when I emailed them earlier and they relied on those days. I was not aware the company was Scottish asI just followed a Google link. so why not tell me this instead of horrific customer service. I explained I was autistic and needed information but rather than make accommodations in communication the seller has gone out of their way to be unhelpful. This seller is as far from autism friendly as is possible - be aware.

Ordered a waterproof dog coat on New Year’s Day. At the same time ordered several items from other companies. Everything else arrived quickly from the other companies but it’s now 5th and still not despatched my coat. Emailed Tiso to enquire when it might despatch, and got unhelpful email pointing me to the website stating it will take up to 5 days to arrive. That wasn’t what I asked… I asked if they knew when it might despatch, specifically. The weather is awful and I need the coat for my dog. Have now emailed to cancel as there’s no sign of it despatching, and reading these reviews I realise there’s probably no stock. First and last time using Tiso. Do not recommend!

Good chat help

Contacted them on chat facility as a 15kg parcel was left in communal area of flats and driver ran off when I tried to ask him to help me get it in due to disability as they usually do with me (they’re usually pretty good if you ask nicely). Pets at home contacted them for me and the driver came back and was very pleasant about it, moved it for me, and said he’d know for next time I needed help. Contacted chat again to ask them to pass on some positive feedback to the driver and his company for the pleasant way he dealt with being called back. I found the chat service very quick and efficient, and the operatives friendly and seemed to know what they were doing.
