Zero customer service. Zero contact. Zero care. Please avoid

Terrible experience. After paying a fortune for wegovy, a weight loss medicine, I had a problem with the ‘pen’ delivery system. The drug company said they would replace it via MedExpress, who they would refund, but MedExpress will not answer either the phone or email in 3 days. They have now closed my case without ever responding, despite the drug company asking them to provide me with a free replacement, for which they will be refunded. They refuse to communicate at all, and there is no way of contacting them to speak to them. I warn strongly against using this company!!
