I ordered two pairs of glasses and was advised of the expected delivery date. I received a message advising that one pair was ready. I heard nothing about the second pair so visited the branch on the last date they had quoted for delivery. Only to be told that there had been a problem with them and they were unable to give a definite date. To make matters worse the pair ( varifocals) that had arrived had been measured incorrectly at the time of ordering and I couldn't see distance properly.Not impressed.
