I ordered two pairs of glasses and was…

I ordered two pairs of glasses and was advised of the expected delivery date. I received a message advising that one pair was ready. I heard nothing about the second pair so visited the branch on the last date they had quoted for delivery. Only to be told that there had been a problem with them and they were unable to give a definite date. To make matters worse the pair ( varifocals) that had arrived had been measured incorrectly at the time of ordering and I couldn't see distance properly.Not impressed.

Good quality plants

The plants arrived within the quoted time. They were very well packaged, the pots were supported in the carton with no damage. The plants were exactly as described, sturdy & healthy. Would certainly order from RHS again.

I liked the ease of booking and choices…

I liked the ease of booking and choices available.However I was surprised to find out after booking that my outbound flight was with EasyJet but the inbound was with KM Malta airlines. Their baggage allowance is less than Easyjet. Consequently I then tried to purchase priority boarding from KM to give me the additional baggage allowance. KM won't let you do it on line and when you phone them they say they have done it but they don't so you end up paying double at the check in.

Like many other KM customers I was…

Like many other KM customers I was unable to add extra hand luggage. The website doesn't allow it so I telephoned their customer service dept and was assured that they would charge my card 20euros and I should expect confirmation within 48 hours. I thought it strange that they didn't ask for the three digit security code.I wasn't charged and I didn't receive an email either. So a week later I tried once more, their customer service again didn't ask for the security code but I insisted that they needed it but I felt that she wasn't inputting anything. Needless to say they didn't process it and I believe that KM Airlines won't do it as they can then charge you double at the check in. Be warned... and also their bag sizes are smaller than Easyjet.

I was impressed with the entire…

I was impressed with the entire process.
The ordering was easy and they kindly corrected my mistake when I'd ordered the wrong downpipes. The delivery arrived on time and the driver was very helpful. The greenhouse arrived well packed and undamaged, the glass was packed in several boxes secured to a pallet. I checked the items against the contents list and it was complete.
I did have to contact the company regarding the door assembly and Rachel responded immediately with advice and some clearer pictures for the door assembly, as the printing in the instruction booklet for the smaller details wasn't very clear. I've assembled the greenhouse and I'm very pleased with the end result.

Yet another delivery not arriving this time due 28th Nov & still not delivered. This company are totally incapable of…

This company are totally incapable of making deliveries in the TN31 postcode area on time. Every delivery due to be delivered on weekdays get postponed until the weekend. This week for example delivery was due 23rd Oct not delivered and then rescheduled supposedly for the 24th ditto 25th. Totally unacceptable as this occurs every time.

Absolutely appalling.

Absolutely appalling.
Given up trying to order repeat prescriptions as the website says it will send a log in code by sms. By the time the sms arrives the link has timed out. Also when you try to log in to the site, you get a warning stating that the site is not secure and you cannot access it.
Total waste of time the NHS portal worked perfectly no need for this adfitional layer of no doubt very costly admin.

There seems to be some confusion here as PKB doesn't send SMS login codes. You may be referring to NHS login. You can log into PKB using your registered email and PKB password. Access via your NHS login account is optional, and any issues with their process should be directed to NHS login's support team.

Regarding the security warning, PKB is fully secure. Our login page will display a warning if you are using an outdated browser or cookies are disabled. However this wouldn't prevent you from logging in or compromise security. Is it possible you've confused us with another software?

Appalling waste of time especially…

Appalling waste of time especially trying to order repeat medication. You log in and the app says it has sent a verification code via text. Nothing arrives so you click to send it again after 30 mins the code arrives but you're now locked out of the app. Hopeless and no one takes responsibility.

Poor customer service continues…

Poor customer service continues regarding my non delivery.
Following another call to them this morning they still say they are waiting to hear from the courier and when I asked if they feel that this is acceptable the adviser confirmed it was. So much for their customer service.They won't send a replacement but are happy to keep my money.

Further to my earlier review XDP say they tried to deliver today but no one at home. Firstly they didn't advise beforehand. However there were two people at home. Secondly which proves how bad they are the photo they supposedly took of the address is not of my property or even in the same road. Complete fabrication please do not use them.

Wickes used this company to deliver my order. Delivery didn't arrive, I wasn't advised that it wouldn't be coming and it can take up to 72 hours for this totally inefficent company to respond.
Won't ever order from Wickes again if they continue to use XDP
