Very expensive compared to other companies.
We felt pressured to agree the contract which in hindsight we shouldn't have. Subsequent quotes from four other reputable companies were all under £5,000 for 7 windows. EE quoted £10,498. We are better off cancelling and losing our deposit. Anyone considering this company please get other quotes first.Since we cancelled, EE Glazing then offered to reduce their price by £2,498 which then raises the question of how inflated their original quote was. An expensive lesson learnt.....

Helpful drivers & good communication prior to delivery

I contacted the RAC at 19.30 on 1st July. I received texts for the next four hours stating various eta's.After the 23.30 eta was not kept. I telephoned and was told no engineer available. My wife and I remained with the car until 1.30am 2nd July. We were too late to travel to the hotel and had to sleep in the car. Rac complaint procedure states that they respond within eight weeks. Not true as still waiting.Complaint (ref: UF114081017) & still waiting.

Excellent the item arrived on time and the driver was helpful and friendly

Twice I tried to place an order and each time once I got to entering my payment details a message appears saying that there's a security problem and the order has been blocked. It advises to contact the site owner but that's impossible as Cotton Traders do not publish an email address. The only way of contacting them is by phone and paying 7p per minute + access charge just for the privilege of telling them that their system is hopeless. No thanks! won't ever bother trying to buy from them again.

Excellent service goods arrived within three days of ordering. The fabric was perfect and it was delivered well wrapped on a roll so no creases.Will happily use this company again.

I ordered two blinds and one was delivered without the twenty screws which were needed to secure the frame. I emailed requesting them and eventually received twenty screws which were completely the wrong type. I then telephoned reporting this error and was promised that the correct ones would be sent. Still waiting weeks later. Couldn't recommend this company very disappointing.

I have ordered from this company for many years and used to receive excellent service. However when I requested four samples I was informed that they had cancelled the order as I had ordered more than ten samples recently. I had ordered just three previously ?What a shame that they no longer want to sell fabrics.

The order was easy to place, arrived promptly complete and was well packed. Thank you !

I ordered a pair of night vision glasses and received a pair of UV glasses instead. I contacted the company and received this totally unhelpful response which I've copied below. 'We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our product. Unfortunately, we do not offer a return slip.
If you want to send it back, you need to take the postage yourself.

I saved money using Boiler juice to source the best price.I always phone three suppliers for heating oil but Boilerjuice price was considerably better. I had to wait longer than I usually do when I order direct but I wasn't in a hurry for it.Also received a small refund as the price had come down between me ordering and receiving the delivery. Would use again.

This service is so much better than having to drive six miles to queue and wait at the nearest pharmacy.A text reminder to order, simply by replying 'yes' is so easy. Also getting an acknowledgement and confirmation when the medication has been dispensed is reassuring.Excellent!

I have been a customer of EDF for over 40 years without a problem - until now.However their customer service this year has massively detoriated.To compound their abysmal service they are now withdrawing their 0800 number so we will now be charged at local rates for the pleasure of spending an hour at a time trying to get some sense from their customer service dept.Their online system continually gives an error message. Their on line chat is a waste of time totally frustrating.As soon as my tie on period ends I will change supplier.
