The booking site offered me late return insurance with Holiday Extras, which unfortunately we had to claim on. Despite providing documentation of a 24 hour delay to our booking, Holiday Extras have refused to honour the claim, will not communicate with us, and consequently we will involve the Financial Ombudsman.

We wanted to stay with PC as they had assisted us with a claim the underwriters initially rejected.
Our premium had increased a lot when it came to renewal but PC were open about this and also found some margin for compromise, so we were happy to continue with their bike focussed product.

The first available home on-line appointment was 5 days away, which was made and confirmed by text and email.Having made arrangements to be there, I received a call cancelling it just 1 hour before. The next available home appointment was another week, which was made and a technician was guaranteed to attend within a time window, so I didn’t have to worry…. Having received no confirmation, I rang the day before to be told it “hadn’t been appointed” by the operative I spoke to,it would be another week for a home service, but I could attend the center, at rushour, the following day. Having no other viable option, this is what I did.
Once there, everything progressed smoothly and professionally with a good outcome.

Ordered holiday money 6 days ago on a Friday, with guaranteed delivery by 4pm Monday. Its now Thursday, and it hasn't arrived. CC are investigating, but refuse to refund me or reship the order while they "follow procedures" with Roal Mail. As their customer, I have not received what I paid for, and as they retain my money, I can't order from elsewhere. The prospect of departing with no spending money looms! Poor service, wouldn't recommend!!

Ocean Estate Agents at Bradley Stoke were a good choice. Their experience and good local knowledge meant we got the property on the market at a realistic price,attracting lots of interest, and after a concentrated day of viewings, we had a bunch of offers. The team there werre friendly and efficient, and commumicated swiftly.
We used Oceal Legal for convenience and to keep things in-house. The process seemed unduly long for a simple transaction with no chain at either end, but we got there eventually. There was a whopping £48 charge to transfer the funds after sale, which we hadn't spotted in the small print, and seems comparatively excessive.
Overall, a positive experience, and I'd use Ocean Estate Agents again.

Great experience with Jet2, all the way from booking to getting home! All the software worked, communication was excellent, an army of helpers to advise and direct at each airport,comfortable planes,effortless friendly transfer, super cycle-friendly hotel. This is how travel should be!
And having stupidly left a valuable item on the plane, Jet2 pulled out the stops to get it back to us.
So impressed!!

First time using a vpn, and decided to pay after trying a free one which loaded fine but had no instructions on how to use.
Whenaway was less impenetrable, but could still improve and simplify the process of actually using it. Worked out eventually through trial and error, but it took about half an hour . Needs an i-diots user guide for non-geeks.

Took advantage of an incredible bike offer, and was slightly worried it was too good to be true! However, everything turned out as promised and I’m very pleased with the bike and the accessories. Travelled across the country to collect it, and all ready, well built and comprehensive handover. Top marks to the guys at the Chelmsford store, sadly too distant to be my LBS!
