Well informed staff and very helpful in completing my booking.
Great advice and really helpful staff held the trip for 24hrs to ensure we could book flights. Lots of support since we've booked

Having travelled with Exodus before I had a good idea which tour I wanted to book as we had a limited timeline on this occasion. Robyn made the whole booking experience very easy.
Great Tour operations. Well organised and will use Exodus again for more trips.
Morocco cycling - lots of climbs and decends - lack of proper brakes and gears and lack of maintenance was shocking
Wrong sizes bikes for women
Lack of communications and managing expectations from guide did not help
Shame as beautiful country and great rides

The Holiday I was looking for was not displaying dates for 2026. I e-mailed Exodus and they replied within 24 hours to say their website was being updated and they would be able to help over the phone. An Exodus Member called me and we sorted it out over the phone. He then e-mailed me the full itinerary with all flight details and a quote. I then called the next day to book. Very efficient service despite the Website being updated and some functions on it not working.
Great choice of holidays/adventures.
Good value.
Really helpful staff when booking.
Super local guides
I just think it’s great that you get to actually talk to a real person - so much better than a bit or live chat.
Quick response to my queries and concerns when booking a new trip for next year that has no reviews so far.

A two week tour of Tajikistan proved to be badly organised and not as advertised right from the beginning. The tour leader was very hard-working but had been taken out of the office as a last-minute replacement for the experienced professional the company advertise on their website. It was clear he had no experience of working with groups or indeed of the itinerary. The images of home-stays showed individual wooden bunk beds with their own space, not, as transpired, a thin mattress on a hard floor in a room so small that others stepped over you all night to access the one loo and shower, shared by at least 12 tour members. No local guide was booked in Dushanbe so we learned little to nothing about the capital city, a cooking experience wasn't possible due to acrid smoke in a tiny kitchen and every meal took forever due to no pre-ordering. The itinerary advertised 'generally only short walks' but the first one was lead by a tour member significantly younger than everyone else at a ferocious pace up a bare mountainside in 35C heat. I wasn't able to keep up so had to retreat and I wasn't the only one unable to reach the featured ruins. In four days there were two 0400 starts, one of which was completely unnecessary. I could continue. I've worked in travel for 40 years, visited 90 countries and have toured with about a dozen different tour companies. Things go wrong. I roll with the punches when they can't be helped but do expect reparation to be made for bad decisions. I bailed out after 4 days and despite spending a lot of time and trouble putting my points in writing and Exodus saying that in future they'd adopt several of my suggestions I just have to accept that my £6300 holiday was an expensive mistake. Caveat emptor.
