Bad returns policy

Initially very impressed by the quick turnaround from purchasing a new door flap for a Sharp Integrated freezer to its delivery from Holland. However, due to a confusing and tortuous journey through a dozen or so variants of the model I ordered the wrong part.
This is where it all goes wrong and the merry go round begins. I contacted their customer service to explain my error and initiated a return, not to get money back but to obtain the correct part. Any expenses/difference would be paid by me as I am partially responsible. An employee named Haim replied and after I provided the exact model number, he provided a schematic from which I identified the part. At this point I must add that He DID NOT inform me how to return the item (impinging my 14 day right of contract cancellation) The next thing that happened is - nothing. I had a reply stating the reply would be delayed but then silence. So on contacting them again I received a reply from Aino expressing faux sympathy and inviting me to choose the correct part again as if I hadnt gpne through the process before. This also came with return instructions which frankly read that if you have opened the package don't expect a refund. So even though it seems that FixPart hold a virtual monopoly on Sharp parts( against EU law?)I am returning the item to them so they can scam someone else. I don't want their money or help in future and I shall scour the Internet to find the part

Our Company Mantra is "putting customers first"

Our Company Mantra is "putting customers first", shame this is too late to enter as best joke in Edinburgh Fringe.

Tried to invoke returns policy on HP Printer bought 4 months ago. First of all live chat disabled on site. Spoke to a very, very arrogant and unhelpful lady called Sisopho who stated it was my responsibility to get it repaired with HP approved repairer. This is contrary to Consumer Rights where it is Currys responsibility. As always with robotic call centre staff she would not escalate a complaint to ma supervisor as apparently there aren't any. You cant email a complaint as there is no facility to do so.

Never, ever will I give them my money and by the number of bad reviews here alone it seems that the Board of Directors are happy to wallow in their own apathy rather than live up to their hype

Where service comes 1st

In June this year I visited Belfast and purchased a baseball cap from Carroll's. It really felt comfortable but unfortunately it 'went missing'. I contacted Bianca in Carroll's Customer services who was excellent and she did her best to find a replacement. This didn't work but I bought another equally quality cap. I would thoroughly recommend this company as an example of putting customers first.

Too rich to care

Cannot be bothered to answer complaint about delivery which was left in the road at the end of my half kilometer drive. Too busy making profits from than caring about customer base. I'm boycotting them. I hope more people do the same

Cannot be bothered to answer complaint about their chosen courier partner Evri. Parcel containing coffee From Tassimo was left at end of half kilometer drive. Great Bear's silence and choice of delivery partner speaks volumes

Customer service is an oxymoron to Amazon

A birthday present was supposed to arrive today. It didn't so I looked on Amazon Tracking to see that allegedly I had refused delivery and or cancelled order. Apparently after chatting with a 'customer service' ( sic) they could see that the item had been lost or damaged. So why lie and defame a customer rather than tell the truth. I'm to get a refund but after 5 days have elapsed. My payment was processed immediately so I am charging the £10 per day interest and suing for defamation and libel

Unwavering excellence

I have shopped with Pozzani for a couple of years. I mainly rely on them for drinking water filtration as my water is fed from a stream. However, since they have proved reliable my shopping cart has extended to fridge filters and water jug filters. I have never had a problem -even during lockdown- and if a product is temporarily out of stock a suggested replacement is offered. I find their reminder system useful and obviously since they would prefer you to buy from them it is not pushy.
Overall a great company to deal with and I recommend them constantly to friends and family

Just received a slate house nameplate and all I can say is Wow!!. The product looks great and has been made with care. The packaging was superb and the whole presentation reflects a company who truly care about their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this company

Ist time but not the last time

I bought a weathervane from Lemon Pavilion and was expecting a long wait as there appeared to be a supply delay due to Covid-19. However, only had to wait a short time for the item to arrive by courier well wrapped and couteously delivered.
This is my 1st experience of Lemon Pavilion but certainly will not be my last.

If I'm being a bit picky maybe a bit more notice of the delivery could have been worthwhile but this does not distract from 5* rating.

A couple of months ago I wouldnt have rated Yodel so highly. Howeber they have 'got their act together' and provided an excellent customer focused delivery with real time tracking. Goods arrived ontime, undamaged and with a friendly greeting by the driver.

Gwych (Excellent!!)

After disastrous experiences in nearby restaurants we arrived late at F&B's Morfa Swansea. Our servers Lucy and Jack gave us a VIP experience and the food was cooked to perfection. This was our 1st ever visit to a F& B restaurant and it will not be the last however any other branch will have a lot to live up to!!.

Great goods excellent service

Buying my 6x8 shed couldn't have been easier. Typed in my postcode (in deepest darkest Wales) and set the delivery date.

The shed itself arrived at 6:45am on the due date and the two guys were professional and courteous even though they had to negotiate a stray sheep and a flock of pheasants strolling along the lanes.

Everything you need to put the shed together is supplied and the shed itself is of a good quality. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Should have stopped at Redbubble

Bought three t-shirts from three different companies for holiday. Redbubble now make me wish I had bought them all from them. In terms of choice ,service and delivery they won hands down. Quality of t-shirt is excellent and great value.
