Bad returns policy

Initially very impressed by the quick turnaround from purchasing a new door flap for a Sharp Integrated freezer to its delivery from Holland. However, due to a confusing and tortuous journey through a dozen or so variants of the model I ordered the wrong part.
This is where it all goes wrong and the merry go round begins. I contacted their customer service to explain my error and initiated a return, not to get money back but to obtain the correct part. Any expenses/difference would be paid by me as I am partially responsible. An employee named Haim replied and after I provided the exact model number, he provided a schematic from which I identified the part. At this point I must add that He DID NOT inform me how to return the item (impinging my 14 day right of contract cancellation) The next thing that happened is - nothing. I had a reply stating the reply would be delayed but then silence. So on contacting them again I received a reply from Aino expressing faux sympathy and inviting me to choose the correct part again as if I hadnt gpne through the process before. This also came with return instructions which frankly read that if you have opened the package don't expect a refund. So even though it seems that FixPart hold a virtual monopoly on Sharp parts( against EU law?)I am returning the item to them so they can scam someone else. I don't want their money or help in future and I shall scour the Internet to find the part
