Our Company Mantra is "putting customers first"

Our Company Mantra is "putting customers first", shame this is too late to enter as best joke in Edinburgh Fringe.

Tried to invoke returns policy on HP Printer bought 4 months ago. First of all live chat disabled on site. Spoke to a very, very arrogant and unhelpful lady called Sisopho who stated it was my responsibility to get it repaired with HP approved repairer. This is contrary to Consumer Rights where it is Currys responsibility. As always with robotic call centre staff she would not escalate a complaint to ma supervisor as apparently there aren't any. You cant email a complaint as there is no facility to do so.

Never, ever will I give them my money and by the number of bad reviews here alone it seems that the Board of Directors are happy to wallow in their own apathy rather than live up to their hype
