Have purchased wine from laithwaites for many years now excellent service all round and staff for their helpfulness and friendly approach deserve 5+ stars .I only gave 4 stars not 5 because some wines Have not lived up to description but that may be down to my own personal preference and because of their no nonsense return it’s never a problem
