Terrible experience, driver went the long way round then ended the journey at the wrong address. It was showing as the wrong address on the app aswell (i have screeshots) so ive been charged and ended up walking part of my journey alone with 3 kids. Customer service seem to think thats fine and acceptable despite me showing screenshots of correct address and address of drop off.

Sent me a faulty bag, returned it immediately. It has been delivered (tracked) to them 2 weeks ago, no refund and no confirmation of return despite telling me multiple time s it would all be ok. Has now stopped responding to any emails i send them chasing it up. Disgusting service.
Just geek you are absolute LIARS, after i sent the video i then emailed saying royal mail had delivered it to you. You did reply saying returns can take 4 days to show on the system though and if i hadnt had confirmation on a few days you'd chase with warehouse. i have emailed about 4 times sayings its now shown as delivered and asking how long it takes to be told takes a few days to process it and wait for an email from you. Happy to go through all the emails to show this

Appalling company. I have now contacted them 3 times advising 3 people have used my address fraudulently. Each time been told "dont worry, we will sort it. We will call you in 48 hours" 6 weeks on, 2 more calls made by me to them and 2 more outstanding bills sent to my address and not one call or email from three. Absolutely useless

Called at 730 for an emergency call out, was told someone was available in my area and would be with us within 2 hours. Over an hour later had a call to say they didn't actually have anyone to come out wasting an hour where we could have called someone else. Why book it off they had noone?

I am still awaiting contact/resolution to a technical issue that was logged 9th Dec, it's now 6 weeks later. Was promised a call back, never happened, was promised IT /app would look into the issue and resolve. Still not resolved.

Damaged and short dated items sent and refund for these refused. 3 items (2 of the same thing) sent with 2 days use by date on them, Xmas gift bags sent ruined as had been in crtae with frozen food. Requested refund which has been denied so, asda are happy to damage items, send nearky it if date food and still charge you for it

An order of 4 items took over 90 minutes to arrive, when it dod all items were cold and inedible. I've been refunded £4 of a £15 order, 3 agents and a team leader can't or won't advise how they've reached the decision that £4 refund (to just eat account) covers wasting £15 on food I couldnt eat, even after microwaving it.

After leaving a review about utilita not replying to messages or emails regarding an issue, utilitas response was to call me twice within 1 minute of eachother, first call they let my phone ring out for 2 whole seconds, 1 minute later called for 1 second. So at least they can say they technically did "try" to call me. And what a shocker they dod reply to my bad review "Jane (my names jade) we tried to call you twice to resolve this issue" Absolute joke

I've been messaging for months about my gas meter not sharing data to their app so I can't see what I'm being charged for every day. I should be able to see how much gas and electric I'm using each day. Unable to get through on telephone. Messages sent in app and emails sent also with no response.
**edit-I was called twice. Once rang out for 2 seconds and hung up when I answered and again for 1 whole second 1 minute after the first 2 second call**

Shocking service. Ordered 11 days ago, no dispatch email, dpd tracking showed tehy didn't have my package yet. Emails sent chasing my order. Did live chat told my order was delivered today (this was at 9am and I hadn't left the house) told them my ring doorbell camera hadn't picked anyone up and dpd website says they funny have it. Was then told dpd had lost the parcel but typo couldnt give me the tracking number they were using to see this apparant delivery by dpd. Have reordered as Xmas gifts but obviously half the items are now out of stock. Not even a genuine acknowledgement of their poor service

Not sure which failed delivery I was asked to leave feedback for. There were 2,yes 2 yesterday by 2 different couriers. One was Launched over my gate into a shared garden into a muddy puddle. Another has been left in my imaginary outbuilding and nowhere to be seen and no way of contacting evri to report a missing parcel

Would be zero if I could. 2 "deliveries" today. One was shot putted over a 7ft gate into a shared garden in the rain. The 2nd was due to be delivered yesterday, had notification of had been delivered to my outbuilding. I have no outbuilding. No package anywhere to be seen. Nice one. If nothing else they're consistent in appalling service

Absolute joke, a courier company that failed to deliver 2 out of 3 items (lost) and then a high price item was lost for 3 weeks and then delivered to the wrong address wrong house number, street name, town, county and postcode 😂 😂 I'm now actively refusing to shop with anyone that uses evri

Shocking customer care, took 4 weeks and a PayPal dispute to get a refund on an order evri had for 3 weeks and delivered elsewhere. 3/4 days between emails to resolve, repetitive questions even after sending an email of evri saying they had delivered to the wrong address. Not even an apology or acknowledgement of the frustration of taking 4 weeks to get my money back on a lost order.

2 weeks since ordering and still haven't received the items. Customer care take at least 2 days to reply to each message which drags the process out even longer. Awaiting for response for a refund after evri have delivered it finally TO A DIFFERENT TOWN!

Yet again, failed to collect an item. Failed to contact me to let me know they weren't bothering so I didn't waste an entire day wiating in as given an 8am to 8pm times lot. Useless, courier company that can't collect or deliver parcels
