Havemt refunded, now ignoring me

Sent me a faulty bag, returned it immediately. It has been delivered (tracked) to them 2 weeks ago, no refund and no confirmation of return despite telling me multiple time s it would all be ok. Has now stopped responding to any emails i send them chasing it up. Disgusting service.
Just geek you are absolute LIARS, after i sent the video i then emailed saying royal mail had delivered it to you. You did reply saying returns can take 4 days to show on the system though and if i hadnt had confirmation on a few days you'd chase with warehouse. i have emailed about 4 times sayings its now shown as delivered and asking how long it takes to be told takes a few days to process it and wait for an email from you. Happy to go through all the emails to show this

Hi Jade, on the 13th July you sent us video footage of you handing the parcel to an individual claiming to work for Royal Mail. We advised you to report it to the police as it appeared your parcel had been stolen. We have asked you for the tracking number of the parcel you now state you returned so we can investigate what happened between it being taken and then delivered. You have not responded. Please can you send the tracking number to our customer service team and we will investigate further
