Never received and lacking customer care
Shocking customer care, took 4 weeks and a PayPal dispute to get a refund on an order evri had for 3 weeks and delivered elsewhere. 3/4 days between emails to resolve, repetitive questions even after sending an email of evri saying they had delivered to the wrong address. Not even an apology or acknowledgement of the frustration of taking 4 weeks to get my money back on a lost order.
