Customer service is an absolute joke

After leaving a review about utilita not replying to messages or emails regarding an issue, utilitas response was to call me twice within 1 minute of eachother, first call they let my phone ring out for 2 whole seconds, 1 minute later called for 1 second. So at least they can say they technically did "try" to call me. And what a shocker they dod reply to my bad review "Jane (my names jade) we tried to call you twice to resolve this issue" Absolute joke

***Hi Luke, it was nice to speak to you last week and felt assured the issue woupd be fixed. However a week later I've had no more contact from utilita or you personally and absolutely no difference in the issue I'm experiencing****
