If I could give zero stars, I would. Tried to sell my Birkin bag in auction in london. Took bag to them. They checked it over, took ID from me.
Then 2 days before auction they email to say they have doubts about its authenticity and won’t now sell it. This was after having my bag for 3 months! I am so disgusted with them.

Raelly really bad!
They allow fake reviews from mad customers who post multiple reviews on my company, but I KNOW are from the same person.
I asked TP to get prrof of the sales receipt, which would prove they are genuine.They came back and simply said they had all the proof they needed, which I'm sure is a lie.

Ebay are a disgusting bunch of thieves.
I sold several items with nearly £1000 in total, which were all successfully delivered.
Ebay siuspended my account for some unknown reason.They won't give me the details of what I did wrong.
They only said it was due to an infringement in buying activity.
They haven't paid me out on my sales, and are telling me that under their terms and conditions they can withhold my monies.
They cannot legally do this and I will be taking them to court.

Decent treatment and was seen quickly. But very disappointed that I was quoted on the phone £157 for a wrist x-ray. But when I received the bill it was £194. I queried this and was told that unless I had the original quote in writing they could not help me but would pass it on to a manager. This was over a week ago and I have heard nothing back.

Terrible! Code purchased didn’t work and they never responded to my emails.

They say they have refunded my money but the money has not actually been refunded. They don’t respond to my emails.

Very poor customer service.Bought an item which wasn't as described.Seller was very rude and refused to refund. Vinted weren't much help at all.They seem to side with the bouyer, even when it's clear seller is at fault.

I'm an apple engineer myself, so have a lot of knowledge of apple products.
I have an a1706 laptop.the trackpad and keyboard stopped working.
I took it to apple shop and they told me it'd cost £579 to fix!
It turns out the problem was the trackpad cable.I changed it myself for £8 cost, in ten minutes.

so apple tried to rip me off!!

The worst customer service of any company ever!!
You simply cannot access customer services number ever! They just cut you off.
I applied for a voucher as we couldn't travel.We never received any written confirmation of the voucher, and were still getting emails about the flights.So we thought we'd still have to travel when we didn't want to.
I eventually had to call their booking line for them to confirm our holiday had been cancelled (which is what we wanted).
Never book direct with them.ONly book via an agent as at least that way you could easily call the agent to make any amendments.

Tonight I saw terrible driving from a natiknsl express driver.
It was route 550 on the M1going north, around junction 5 at 18:55 hours.
In torrential rain , he was weaving in and out of traffic, often not indication. He was flashing every car as he came up very close behind, trying to get them to move lane. The cars were not going slowly. The coach driver was going far too fast. He should be sacked

Beware! I booked with Presitigia on the basis I could cancel. I didn’t realise they use a company called Roomerflex to do the cancellations and refunds. Roomerflex are an absolute fraud. They have some sort of insurance company do not pay out when you cancel.

Am waiting for over a month for a refund which I now think I wont get.

Viator helped me get a refund form the tour operator "Into the glacier", who are based in Iceland.
I wasn't able to give the requied 24 hour cancellation notice, but I was given a refund anyway, and it was done with ease. hanks Viator.
