Terrible beer and terrible customer service

Terrible beer terrible customer service. I was sent beer via a friend. I was unaware I was subscribed until beer 53 tried to take money from my account. Then tried to cancel sever times beer 52 then took the money from my account so I called and was told they would cancel the order and refund me. The following day I had a dispatched notification so I called again to be told they couldn’t cancel the order and I won’t be receiving a refund. So I was lied to and now I’m fuming would avoid this company like the plague

You also receive an email once you have signed up detailing your subscription dates, next billing dates and our cancellation policy on our website. Our Ts & Cs are available to view on our website via this link https://www.beer52.com/terms. This is also where you can find our cancellation policy.

We require 3 working days' notice before any billing to cancel or change an order, if this was not given then at that stage we cannot offer a refund as the order has already been processed to our warehouse.

Don’t buy a hoover from Dyson !!!

What a load of Rubbish. We purchased the V15 cordless vacuum thinking it would be the best. After les than 12months it packed up and Dyson where really good and replaced it with a new one. Then less than 12months later that one packs up ! But this time no replacement or offer to repair payed over £600 for this and it’s rubbish and to be honest it was never as good as our old trusty Miele

Worst customer care ever !!!!

Shocking customer service. Several wasted phone calls and waiting around to get rude customer service representatives who interrupt whilst I’m speaking every time. as per review above our faulty washing machine is still in our way a week later with the promise they will pick it up the following week as apparently there are no couriers available. Funny because If I order a new item it will be with me next day !! They are refusing to refund me until they receive the washing machine back even tho it has been confirmed by there engineer it is faulty. I will never purchase from curry’s ever again and would not recommend curry’s

No Customer care !!!

Rubbish after care. We bought a washing machine from curry’s. It has been very noisy since new. After several attempts at repairing it they finally arranged a return. It’s now been a week and several wasted days waiting in for collection and also the inconvenience of a washing machine in the way. We are Very frustrated as promised several times they would be collecting it. We have had to buy a new machine from another supplier as curry’s customer care made it difficult. We are lucky we could afford to buy a new machine because if not we would have had to go without! until these time wasters finally pick it up we can’t get refunded we now have to wait another week for it to be collected

Excellent service all round after being let down by my opticians I was desperate to get some prescription sunglasses before going on holiday next week. A lovely lady from shade station guided me thru some easy steps over the phone and in less than 24 hrs I received my prescription sun glasses sorry I couldn’t remember your name but thanks again

Fuming !! I needed an enhanced dbs check paid £120 for it. Then to see I’ve bought a basic dbs which I can purchase for £18. It isn’t made clear online I feel like I’ve been scammed

disappointed

A bit disappointed. I have ordered the atlas 150 pasta machine with ravioli attachments but I have to use two separate handles. It seems like the machine was manufactured differently to others. I tried to get this resolved but I was told to cut down the handle for it to work I’m not overly happy after spending over £100 on these items

Near impossible to contact. I do not like companies who take your money then after me chasing the order to be told that items are not in stock this day and age parts should be next day ! Other companies can and I did send a web enquiry with no response

Hi Ben, sorry you have not been able to reach us. The phones are mega busy at this time of year, but the phone message does say to use the contact us form on the site if you cannot get through. I cannot see a web enquiry from you though.
Your order was placed on 25th May and was dispatched to you yesterday. You should have received a dispatch notification email.
With the bank holiday weekend, it took us 2.5 working days to get this part dispatched to you, which to be fair at this time of year and with the volume of orders coming through, is pretty good.
The dispatch email will have contained the tracking number for the parcel, but we will email that to you privately, in case you did not receive it, or it went into your spam folder.

Wouldn’t recommend fun bikes Amped A20

Amped A20 First of all the delivery was a night mare ! ITracked the bike via xpd app which said it was expected to be delivered on the 28th April so waited in all day. Then when the bike did arrive on the 1st May it did not work so immediately emailed with videos when I did finally contact them I was fobed off so contacted dualways which I believe is the importer they were very helpful I would expect a replacement bike but I have to wait weeks now for my money or a replacement as if they think I’ve damaged the bike ! I’ve taken it out of the box and assembled it and it didn’t operate as if there is a electrical fault so in my opinion it is a factory fault and should be replaced asap was then I was called by a manager and apologised to. He promised that as soon as the faulty bike was collected and he could see that on the tracking the replacement would be dispatched asap express delivery. I had to chase this and almost 24hrs after pick up this was ordered then to be told it will
Be sent economy an could take up to 10 days and I expect it will be the same poor delivery service I experienced first time round !

Gone down hill big time

Over the years I’ve purchased many seat covers via eBay with no issues great quality. But this time round I bought direct from the website. rubbish customer care after waiting 13 days with no explanation I have received a refund after several ignored emails !! Such a shame as the product is really good

As you may already be aware we have had many delays in our production which has resulted in extreme delays in delivery of customer orders.
As the majority of our goods are hand made in the UK the main issue has been centred around production staff shortages.

The above together with unprecedented demand for our products has caused a bottle neck situation in our UK production line.

For this we sincerely apologise and hope we can restore your faith in us as a genuine company with growing pains.

We are currently addressing the issue by:
1) Offering new realistic time lines for any new orders on our website which for anything NOT in stock is now 60 days.
2) For anything IN stock is 3-5 working days.
3) Utilising recruitment agencies to assist with production operatives and automating where we can in order to clear the back log of orders & be in a complete stock IN situation.

Please be rest assured we are working has hard as we can to get your order out for delivery as soon as possible so please bear with us.

Leaving negative reviews does not assist or help anybody so we would be grateful if you can let us know if you cannot wait any longer for your order and we will process a full refund for you immediately OR provide you with an alternative similar product that is in stock.
