Terrible beer and terrible customer service

Terrible beer terrible customer service. I was sent beer via a friend. I was unaware I was subscribed until beer 53 tried to take money from my account. Then tried to cancel sever times beer 52 then took the money from my account so I called and was told they would cancel the order and refund me. The following day I had a dispatched notification so I called again to be told they couldn’t cancel the order and I won’t be receiving a refund. So I was lied to and now I’m fuming would avoid this company like the plague

Hi Ben. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were unaware of our subscription element, we make this very clear at every stage of the sign-up process. You also receive an email once you have signed up detailing your subscription dates, next billing dates and our cancellation policy on our website. Our Ts & Cs are available to view on our website via this link https://www.beer52.com/terms. This is also where you can find our cancellation policy.

We require 3 working days' notice before any billing to cancel or change an order, if this was not given then at that stage we cannot offer a refund as the order has already been processed to our warehouse.
