I went with this company as it was recommended by a relative. I have to say that from the ordering process through to after sales service, it was a painless procedure and decent. Website provides info on obtaining variations of equipment, doors etc and how to measure the type of opening your garage has.
Really pleased with the electronic roller door itself which was
55 slat in Anthracite, remote fobs, external manual override and infrared safety door sensors.
We fitted it ourselves with no issues as measurements were accurate. It came with fitting / wiring instructions which were easy to follow.
Unfortunately an incorrect item was initially sent but quickly resolved though their support team. I did also request additional instructions for the door sensors and again resolved within 48hrs. So the support you get is spot on.
The door has made a massive difference to accessing my garage especially when a car is parked in front of it. I've had no issues so far and it all works as it should.
For my standard door opening, the cost in total was very reasonable for what I ordered...it was less than £1k.
Very pleased and would recommend.

Bought two customised type 55 Roller Shutter Garage doors from TWF a couple of months ago. Good quality and reasonably priced. Customer service is first class. Delivery on time and right to the door by a great staff member. Both fitted easily.
So impressed, I ordered a very large type 77 Shutter to install as a secure freestanding rear driveway entrance, replacing heavy wooden gates. Now fitted and are great. Highly recommended.

I've been thinking about replacing my 50 year old 'up and over' garage door since I moved into the property 3 yrs ago. I'd done loads of research, but came across a YouTube channel 'DIY Guy' and recognised Cameron. He was fitting a TWF roller door and highly rated the quality of the product and ease of fitting. I'd never considered diy installation until I watched Cameron's video.
Anyway, I measured up my garage and followed the simple online ordering. Hey presto, my new anthracite grey roller door arrived 4 weeks later. Once the old door had been removed, the new door took about 2hrs to fit. I added an infrared safety closure system in an additional hour. Overall, the door was fitted and fully operational within 4hrs.
I'm delighted with the quality of the product, customer service that I have been offered, and ease of installation. 5 stars to TWF. Did I mention the 5yr warranty?

Purchased quite a large garage door and was very impressed by the quality of the product. Delivery was given as 4 weeks and it was delivered exactly 4 weeks to the day. Once we had installed the door we had a few issues setting the open/closing parameters, phoned TWF technical help and a very helpful chap talked me through what we needed to do to sort the problem. Would without doubt recommend TWF.

Ordered the made to measure door and received within 3 weeks. Great quality with easy intructions on how to install. All fitted and working within a couple of hours.
Support team helped over phone to get the door integrated to an existing Paxton Door Access unit as well as the remotes.

I have just completed the installation of A TWF roller shutter door. From order placement through to delivery TWF kept me informed on the progress. The delivery was on the day and time slot I was given and the driver was very polite and helpful in putting the package into my garage. Installation was very simple with the instructions provided and also by viewing the internet link to a video. Part of the installation is better carried out with three people but otherwise installation is well within the capabilities DIY if you have access to a few basic tools.
I highly recommend buying from TWF, the price is very competitive and the service is excellent.

Fitted my roller shutter door 8 weeks ago and I am delighted with it.

It was easy to fit as all the instructions were sent along with the door (and the company video on the internet / you tube). Everything needed to fit was supplied down to the screws and rawlplugs.

I wanted to ask a question for my own piece of mind about the door and the safety edge.

No problem the staff are happy to help, pleasant and well mannered. A pleasure to deal with. A 5***** rating from me. This applies from ordering to completion of the door. As a bonus it looks great. Many thnks to all at TWF.
