Telephone service is dreadful - wait times unacceptable.

I paid extra for an early delivery of a garden item, but the ack from The Range did not take this into account and estimated the delivery later. It did arrive on time but the ack from The Range left me in doubt until the arrival. Poor customer expectation experience which very nearly led me to cancel the order.

Keen prices with knowledgeable and friendly staff. A blip in the system which shows the item/s as "in progress" when it is in fact ready for collection needs to be corrected as it requires a call to establish the status of the order. Will certainly use again.

What was ordered arrived as described and on time. Easy to do business with. Would use again.

The price was competitive and the goods safely delivered - a slight delay in the latter, hence a score of 4, rather than 5. The delivery company (DHL) kept me fully informed. All in all, quite positive.

I scoured around for the most competitive price for #70 featheredge boards for an upcoming project and was delighted to find that Terry Howell's were able to offer a price some £90 less than the second best (a nationally known company). The order was made on a Monday via internet, and the goods delivered 2 days later for a nominal £12.00 delivery charge. Not only were the items of excellent quality, Howell's also threw in an extra 3 boards gratis for good measure! A great experience of cost, time, service and quality all being met - both rare and satisfying!!

I have been with Bulb for a couple of years now and they are easily the best energy provider I have ever used. They do what they say they will and do it when they say they will, and more besides. Not only are they the most competitive for me they are the best to deal with, always responded promptly and in full whenever I have had occasion to contact them.

Inexpensive and on time - what I wanted!

Our experience was that of buying a carpet. Firstly, we were allowed to browse without hassle, and when attention was asked for it was immediate, helpful and informative - both the saleslady Lyn and her manager went the extra mile. Add to that the total choice of fitting date and the competitive price rounded the experience off nicely.
