Managing expectations.

I paid extra for an early delivery of a garden item, but the ack from The Range did not take this into account and estimated the delivery later. It did arrive on time but the ack from The Range left me in doubt until the arrival. Poor customer expectation experience which very nearly led me to cancel the order.
