It was as I expected for a delivery person.

I received the item I ordered and am happy with it. It came wrapped correct so no damage at all.

I have liked some of the items I ordered. Household Items are really good quality, but bedding that I bought for my grandchildren and daughter-in-law were very disappointing. I was told from putting onto the bed, duvet covers starts coming away from the seams this also includes the shams that came with a bedding set. I bought myself a portable MP3 player for me to use when on public transport, I followed instructions on downloading on to it, but it only played about 2 songs and then stopped. I was very disappointed as I didn't use it straight away and therefore it was too late to send back. Overall the kitchen items and stationery items are all good, even most of the clothing was good, just disappointed in the quality of your bedding this includes 2 different makes of weighted blankets. I have put in a date for last year, but can't remember exact dates.

He is my usual Evri delivery man and always attends when I'm home. I work unsociable hours and he delivers around these times. Very happy with his service.

My delivery man is always friendly, polite and respectful. If he doesn't find me home, no problem, he will come the next day. I am fortunate to have such a good delivery man.

I had ordered a new walking stick and was waiting for it's delivery. As it was well past the date for delivery, I checked my emails. To my surprise I had an email informing me that the delivery company stated I had cancelled my order. So I called the customer service and found I was not the only one that the delivery company had done this to. The customer service officer was very friendly polite and helpful. She re-ordered the Walking stick for me and I received it within days. I was so relieved to come across such a helpful person like her and her kindness came through the phone. Extremely happy with the quick response and service of Complete Care Shop and their staff.

My order came quickly within the time stated. My only suggestion would be is to pack with care. Put the heavy items on the bottom, as some items got squashed. Overall very happy with my delivery and service

I was allocated a car buying assistant who searched for cars as well as searching myself. She was extremely helpful and managed to answer all my questions in regards to the process. I would recommend Zuto as they were friendly, polite and respectful. I was struggling to find a car within my budget, but eventually we managed to find one and now I'm the happy owner of a car that can take me to work and home without problems as I work late and needed a reliable vehicle.

I went through a broker on a car website looking for a car to buy. The brokers put my details forward to companies who could offer me finance. This company offered the finance and kept me informed of the process. They also texted me information in regards to payments. As the payment date was not suitable for me I called to change it, this they did with no problem as it bought the payment date earlier than what they had suggested. This worked out well for both of us. The member of staff I spoke to was very polite and friendly and was a joy to talk to.

I must have the best delivery man, he knows when the best time is to deliver my parcels. And he nice, polite and friendly too.

I like my delivery man as he always gets to me before I go to work in the afternoon. Very nice service.

I have the same driver who delivers my orders. We spoke about the times I would be home. He always makes a point of delivering my orders before I leave for work. It has been an improvement in the service that I like as it takes pressure off me if I have to pop out. My goods are always delivered with a smile and friendly attitude. It seems the company have encouraged their staff to be more helpful as since lockdown a lot more people have deliveries now. Very happy with the service I receive.

They set up agreements and keep you updated with statements. Always helpful when talking to the company.

My batteries arrived within the specified time and I'm totally happy with my purchase. They came properly packaged so as to prevent any damage. I was unable to find the size of the battery I required and then remembered that I saw this website and decided to buy from them and am happy that I did. It was a very easy process to buy the batteries.

I needed a new strap for my walking stick and a ferrule, the young woman was so polite, friendly and helpful. While she was away from her desk I asked a young man at the other desk about the chairs and he was also friendly and informative about all the chairs in the showroom. Absolutely to notch service even for some thing as small as my two items were.

I have only had my Kegel8 Tight & Tone for a week, but can feel a small difference already. I'm using it as directed, I have suffered with bladder control for many years as never told to do exercises following having my children, one is 44 yrs old and the other is 37 yrs old. Life over the past seven years has been very distressing. I now have a less distressing out look all due to the Kegel8.

The staff were extremely pleasant and not at all pushy, like other companies. They gave you all the information and waited for your decision. very nice people and very understanding.

He was very polite and friendly, excellent customer service, I used to work in customer service and I know how some people can be on the phone whether in the office or at the other end of the phone.
