Quick response and action
I had ordered a new walking stick and was waiting for it's delivery. As it was well past the date for delivery, I checked my emails. To my surprise I had an email informing me that the delivery company stated I had cancelled my order. So I called the customer service and found I was not the only one that the delivery company had done this to. The customer service officer was very friendly polite and helpful. She re-ordered the Walking stick for me and I received it within days. I was so relieved to come across such a helpful person like her and her kindness came through the phone. Extremely happy with the quick response and service of Complete Care Shop and their staff.
