Dealt with my query quickly

Had a query about my invoice and letters sent. Michelle (hope I got that right) was polite, helpful and sorted it out quickly and has steered me to an online portal which I wasn’t aware of.

There is also an app which I was about to download but it seems your details may go to a third party so not so keen now.

Hit and Miss

Bought another Vax product despite my steam cleaner stopping working just over a year of having it. I gave the company a second chance but this carpet cleaner is hit and miss like the steam cleaner. One minute it works next it doesn’t.

I managed to do a rug just fine. Then went to the hand held part and it worked for 2 steps and then stopped. Why I don't know.

I was able to do part of a corridor and then liquid cleaner ran out.

I find their liquid products that go with the cleaning machines very over priced and suddenly you are paying extra hundreds of pounds for cleaning.

Now it will cost £40 or more to finish the other rooms. I feel aggrieved as the item is not cheap.

Also as a side note it doesn’t work for hard floors even with the adaptor.

Will not purchase a product from the company again. (Well probably have to purchase the liquid)

Thank you for your reply I did use the You Tube videos. For the steamer ended up wasting money buying extra filters which were not needed.

Well be careful what you order

Well be careful what you order. The stationery was main ok. The clothes were poor and the dog bed not accurate in size. I would only order items under £5 if I were you. Plus I am sure they only put up their good reviews. I can’t even leave a review so where are they getting these reviews from?

I couldn’t have had a better experience.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Happy to help and give advice, although my process is not over, every email, meeting and phone call has been supportive, helpful and professional.

They have not missed anything out in telling me what is going to happen (fingers crossed it all goes through).

When reading reviews I always want to know if people would recommend and I would without hesitation. Once the whole process is finished I will update.

Good company

Good company, they deliver what they say. Good quality items. However they do take a long time to deliver furniture.
