I love shopping there because it not time consuming and its really easy, i love how it tells you when your order comes. And its great to shop there

The trouble with Shein is the sizing is never the same. Others must have noticed this. It's annoying when you've bought a 14 (of whatever) and it fits perfectly.
So, you order another colour of same item and it's too small or too large.....you can't win.
All these online stores are the same.
Yes I know they are cheap but you might have been relying on it to fit.

They want access to all your personal data, track your phone activity, and make returns nearly impossible. Orders often arrive wrong or poor quality, and they break UK consumer laws like many overseas sellers. Not worth the risk — buy local or from trusted sites instead. ✅

I ordered from SHEIN and the parcel was marked as “delivered” by Yodel, but I never received it. I immediately contacted both Yodel and SHEIN. Yodel provided a proof-of-delivery photo that clearly shows a location that is not my apartment.

After chasing Yodel, they initially claimed they would retrieve and redeliver the parcel within 24 hours, but then told me to contact SHEIN for further help. SHEIN told me they were taking care of it — but two days later, they emailed me claiming the parcel was delivered correctly and asked me to check around my building. I had already done this the day it was "delivered".

Now both SHEIN and Yodel are pointing fingers at each other while I am left with no parcel and no refund. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially when proof shows it wasn’t delivered to my address.

I’ve wasted hours trying to resolve this and still have no product, no resolution, and no accountability from either party. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will pursue a chargeback and escalate to Trading Standards. Be warned — if your SHEIN parcel goes missing, you’ll be the one doing all the chasing with no support.

Great variety of clothes, accessories, toys and appliances. However, the quality of some items for example clothing have a different material than what they posed to have. Sizing can sometimes be a little off aswell, despite this it’s a great app.

Day 8 of waiting for parcel, Had to change my delivery date for the third time now and I can guarantee it will still not show up.
Shien have given me 500 points as compensation which equals up to a £1, it’s not good enough I want my refund for all my items.
Yodel has runied my experience shopping with Shien I will not be ordering anything from them again.
If they just continued to use Royal Mail who always did a fantastic Job non of this would be happening I would have had my parcels on the first day it was meant to be delivered and I would of already put another order in for more items.
I was ready to use the Bonus deal of Spending £40 to get my 600 points but that defiantly won’t be happening anymore.

on 1-4-25 I ordered a 32 inch lighted Nutcracker from Ho. On 1-13-25 I was informed my order was delivered. Looked at the photo and was a small box and ordered 445 miles from us. They say it was delivered and not willing to listen.

Placed an order, never recieved email confirmation, haven't recieved order, can't contact shien.

I was quite pleasanly plesed in the beginning .Orered 2 pirs of shoes ,which were not what i expected ,Bur in parcel Was a piece of printed paper saying .Not eligle for return ,Can you explain this please

I placed an order for 10 items on Shien, 6 were great 4 i needed to return. Packaged up and returned them same day. When I checked the bank I was only refunded 1 item a white top £5.25. The 2 jumpsuits and play suit, they won't refund said they never received them although they were all in one parcel. Customer service is useless Tried 6 time to contact them but can't get an explanation where my items have gone or my refund.

I placed an order with Shien thinking it was SHEIN, my mistake but the order never arrived and after many emails I have never heard back from this bogus company

Tried an order from here items came but quality wasn’t amazing and it took ages to arrive as well. But for the price I paid can’t complain too much. Average would probably use again.

i’ve ordered of shien and personally i have had a great experience ive got everything i’ve ordered thank you.

I used to love shien and used it lots in the past but my last order of £430 I’ve realised when returning a few items that they are charging a £50 handling fee! This really wasn’t very clear when placing my order that it’s on orders of £160 otherwise I would have just placed separate orders or not ordered at all. I won’t be ordering from here after this experience

Just love your items, from jumpers to dresses and swim wear. You’ve won me over. Most orders take a maximum of 2 weeks.

I have used Shien multiple times now for all different types of products and I have been on the most part happy with what I've gotten.

I tend to really look into the product details, reviews, pictures, material info, sizing information etc meticulously before ordering something and so far this has worked well for me.

Some of the items have been poorer quality but that's not totally shocking given the pricing.

I'm well aware that the company is based abroad so UK consumer law regarding returns/refunds etc is unlikely to be honoured so I keep that in mind when ordering and avoid high prices or items without reviews with images.

I've had a few pieces of absolute tat along the way, but on the most part I have been happy with what I have purchased. If clothing sizes are totally out I tend to just take the hit and donate the clothing (again, I avoid high prices so it's not a huge issue).

Delivery is usually within two weeks which isn't bad when its coming so far.

So far cheap but don’t have a bad experience. They are good and shop fast. Very dissatisfied with fashion nova. So I will stick to Shein right now.

I've had many orders from Shien over the years, honestly have never had a problem with them, so can't comment on the customer service side of things. The prices are cheap and they always have good vouchers which I never fail to use, some items may not be the best of quality but what can you expect for the price.

Orders arrive within the week or two, if its a large order like I usually do then it'll most likely be divided up into separate parcels depending on warehouse locations and stock. Just placed 2xlarge orders 2-4days ago and I’ve already received some of the items plus been updated via email which of the products have been shipped out of my orders.

The only thing is jewellery/accessories after some time can just break, but I've always got my full usage out of them.

Used to order from shien a lot, I have found their clothes a hit or miss but lately everything has been so thin and jeans have been made of a weird material so don't sit right on.
I find the delivery is rather slow as well
