Hadn't had to return and item before. Was unsure of process. Sent customer service an email to ask about procedure. Got reply almost immediately telling me procedure.

Customer support helped with return

Customer support helped with my return. Made very simple as I don’t own a normal printer anymore with things going more digital so scan the QR code given in your email and take to your drop of point and get the return label printed.
Only 4 stars as I wanted to exchange possibly for a different colour but they are experiencing technical issues. It would make things easier if I was able to do this if I wanted to exchange rather than having to order a new item.
