Our INTERNET PROVIDER HAS BEEN KINDLY ENOUGH TO KEEP US UPDATED THROUGHOUT THIS WHOLE TREREIBLE EXPERIENCE.
OPENREACH have a Website with TWO CONTACT NUMBERS ! YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CONTACT THEM AS THE LINE DOES'NT EVEN RING.

I suffer with health condition,one being Cellulitis on my left foot.
When i tried putting my left foot into the new puma size 10 trainer ! OMG !
The pain i experienced...was next to none.The trainers where too small also very tight to get one.Also they want you to pay £4.99 to return these false size trainers.Please DO NOT BUY THESE TRAINERS...THEY ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE...PUMA...YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THIS VERY SERIOUS ISSUE...

Kept me on chat for what seemed a life time.
No appolgies,nothing.
Then called up againa few days later only to be passed again to another agent,but again left for ages listening to the so annoying music tune...
TalkTalk ! You should be ashamed of how your treating your loyal customers,even all your customers.
